⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely amazing experience at Outback! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality. Our waitress, Fiona, was outstanding—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. She had great recommendations and truly made our dining experience special. Sammy, the manager, also went above and beyond to check on us and ensure everything was perfect. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. And of course, the food was incredible—cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this Outback location, especially with such an amazing team like Fiona and Sammy!

2 to 3 large groups had the staff tense and stressed. The hostess walked away after saying she would check to see if there were tables. The new hostess then sat 2 parties that were behind me in front of me in the confusion. Fortunately my party was running behind so I waited. But for someone else counting on timeliness, that would have been a frustrating moment. The server seemed like she was in pain and rather be home than to take customers orders. The pictures of the food in the menu drastically different from what was served. I think this is a spot for drinks and fun with your pals versus wanting a dining experience especially on a Saturday evening.

First of all I want to say our overall time at Outback was pleasant. The food was amazing. Our server couldn't have been more attractive. It was my daughter's birthday and we had brought a homemade red velvet cake because that was what she wanted. My daughter asked our server if she would like a slice of cake. The server politely said no, she had had more than enough to eat today. The next thing I know is a waitress from another section came over. She said," is that homemade" my daughter replied yes. Then the waitress had the nerve to ask for a slice of cake. We all were stunned, but my daughter said she'd have to get a plate. The waitress left and came back with a to go container. This should NEVER happen in your restaurant. I think it was beyond rude and should not be tolerated by management.

OMG, first off I believe Sunday is not the day to visit this Outback. After a two hour tour de wait we finally made it out. The food was over salted, portions seemed small, I mean the waitress offered to bring us another blooming onion after she set the first one down and was like “that’s not the normal onion size”. Kids burger buns were hard, my Philly cheese was small, the cup of au jus was even smaller (have you tried to dip into a thimble size bowl?) Only half the building had people in it and it seemed like the table behind us ordered the whole menu for 4 people and still got their food faster than our table who btw sat down about 30 mins before them. It literally turned into a dining nightmare. No coffee, no prime rib til after 130, which with our arrival at noon might be understandable, but after an hour and a half wait later I guess we could have gotten the prime rib. The only saving grace was the waitress, but even she was frustrated with the back of the house. I have no intention of going back and if by some chance had to go it definitely would not be on a Sunday. Fans plugged in all over the floors for some reason, I’m just frustrated over a place that is normally decent and then you get this experience. If this was a 4.8 place I’d understand an off day, at 4.2 they need to shape up or they aren’t going to be there for a whole lot longer. Feedback: Change your vendor, talk to your cooks about salting the food. Fix the machines, don’t have off the shelf fans blowing in the corners. Don’t serve something if you don’t have the ingredients to make it. Plate your dishes differently, don’t be afraid to serve food in larger portions. Make sure you staff Sundays just like the rest of the week.

We ordered in and we got the Kooabunja wings with a $50 order. The wings were delicious! I totally recommend them. The steak was great too! Edit… 11/10/24 we ordered the filets with the blooming onions on it and it was delicious!

I have been to outback steakhouse many times through the years and have always had good food but I have met this wonderful server and bartender named Kaela at the Augusta Georgia restaurant. She is always on point and very attentive I have been in here several times since I have mother simply to come visit and have some food again and again. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in a good meal and good service.

It was good. Me and my wife went cause we had a gift card. Steak was chewy i got the sirloin. The chicken portion seemed small. Blooming onion was great. Server was nice. They only had kiddie cups for to go drinks. a drink was $4 if i had realized i would of got water. Drinks are getting crazy everywhere. We have had better french onion soup.

Great Atmosphere and wonderful service especially on Valentine's Day. The server was excellent and was very humble and helpful. The portions compared to Longhorns honestly are to me lacking for the price. Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious but I was left disappointed in portions. To be honest it could be that this was the first time in years I visited Outbacks and it is possible I did not know what to order with larger amounts.
