Augustino's Italian Eatery and Prime Steaks

Thanksgiving was truly delicious, The service was efficient, staff friendly and engaged. The food was plentiful with an open bar, appetizer bar with dips, veggies, cheeses, smoked salmon, etc. The food layout went from cold foods to hot with all the fixins you'd expect for turkey day, plus extras like Augustinos lasagna. The dessert bar had all the favorites, plus some little bites. If you left hungry, it's your own fault.

Staff were amazing. Very nice sitting us down and Erik our waiter was awesome. Started out with some mussels which with the toast dipped in the mussel liquid was amazing. Had Filet and asparagus very good steak cooked perfectly. Had the Chicken Parm as well and it was not good at all. Sauce was watery No Parmesan on the spaghetti (look at photo) nor even a taste on the chicken. Looking at other pictures from other people looked different tonight and really had no taste. Chicken wasn't overcooked or dry but again had zero seasonings, which was completely different than the steak. Tiramisu was spot on! Cocktail and Wine selection was really good.

Wonderful overall fine dining experience! My babygirl flew to visit since I couldn't return home for the holidays and the place we planned to go nearby was closed. I'm so glad it was! The food, ambiance and service here were on point and the drinks were potent. I had the lamb ragout and she had the gnocchi and both were delicious. Don't let the hotel location or parking validation scare you away, Augustino's is worth the effort. Note: our server Ms. Tina was awesome even though she had several tables and we appreciated the member of management coming to speak with us and check on our experience. Top notch dining without a break the bank price!

The most scrumptious meal ever.. from the crispy garlic cheesy bites appetizer to the chicken parmesan main course this place hits every taste bud! The staff is the most friendliest I’ve seen in all of the CSRA.. they laughed with us and seem to truly enjoy our being there.. definitely a 5 ⭐️

I would like to give a special thanks to a wonderful hostess by the name of Cheryl, she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable coming into this restaurant, I was having second thoughts because I was in my work clothes, but she made me feel very comfortable and confident on coming in, and the food was amazing.

We had our work Christmas luncheon today and it was such a pleasant experience! Our server, Breeana, was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed, was very kind, respectful and timely with everything. She went above and beyond taking pictures for us. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great!!! Will definitely recommend and return!
