Customer Review Summary
Exceptional service and attention for special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays with personalized touches. Food quality consistently praised, especially the lobster bisque, crab cakes, Wagyu short rib, and various sides. Parking validation is a nice bonus. However, there are notable service issues, particularly related to adherence to dress code and management's handling of customer complaints. Experiences can vary, with reports of average food and disjointed service during busier times. Overall, many recommend Morton's for its delicious food and ambiance, citing it as a top steakhouse choice.

My husband and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary and I must say we were treated very royally. They had our table ready when we got there and it was probably the best table in the restaurant. Very classy and the atmosphere was perfect. They even had special made menus for our celebration. I had the the lobster bisque as an appetizer and for my main entree I had the crab cakes and lobster Mac and cheese. My husband had meatballs as his appetizer and the filet and lobster. The food was perfect, fresh tasting and the margaritas were perfect. I really didn’t want the evening to be over. Kudos to Katy our waiter and thank you for a wonderful evening. The complimentary Morton’s chocolate lava cake and ice cream was so so good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for those special occasions. The front desk also validated our parking which was perfect. Free parking a plus!

One of the best places I have been in a long time. We went to celebrate a birthday and this establishment did not disappoint at all! We made a reservation and when our party arrived it was ready immediately. When we first sat at the table, we noticed it was decorated with confetti, and the printed menus said "Happy Birthday" at the top. That was such a beautiful and personal touch. We ordered appetizers: Jumbo lump crab cake and shrimp Calabria. The crab cake was delicious, and the Shrimp was absolutely delectable the sauce that the shrimp is in was so good. For Drinks that table ordered the Passion Fruit Margarita (they didn't care for because it was a little after taste) and the Black Cerry Sour ( If you like cherry it's so good). For dinner we ordered: Waygu short rib, prime cajun ribeye, featured king Salmon, lobster ravioli, and the New York Strip. For Sides we ordered: Spinach and mushrooms, cream corn, grilled asparagus, and loaded baked potatoe. We did have the key lime pie and carmel cheese cake to go. Every single entrée and side had so much flavor and had great mouth feels 😋. I highly recommend this establishment!

It was New Year’s Eve and it should’ve been a celebration. However, the front of house Manager Victoria ruined our night. We were celebrating the CFP playoff game in town 1/1/25. Many other fans/family were there to do the same. We were ecstatic to get a reservation online and were looking forward to it all week. Upon arriving while I parked the car my daughter and my son’s girlfriend were turned away based on the dress code. They left to go buy other attire nearby while I entered. I inquired about the reservation and was told there was none under my daughter’s name. She then offered me a seat at the bar. I was wearing the same game fan attire as they were when refused entry. I looked around the restaurant and at least 30% were wearing the same fan gear. I explained that I know there was a reservation and asked why they were turned away. Victoria gave a sinister smirk and said I canceled that reservation. I replied asking why when I’m wearing the same thing and so are others in the restaurant? She stated it’s up to my discretion and I made the decision. I explained that we were in town for the game and didn’t have a full wardrobe. She refused to listen and was as cold as stone. She helped every other guest and refused to discuss anything with me and the rest of my party upon their return with newly purchased garments. The other manager Isaac although very apologetic would not reverse the decision or contact a higher authority to address the matter. See the photos and videos attached. I explained to both that the review would be written on our experience. It’s disturbing for worker’s to mistreat guest patrons and think there will be no recourse on the matter.

For my birthday went recently. Aaliyah what's a good server. The food was delicious. The location was found with parking across the street. They validated the parking which was great. The meatballs and the crab cakes were delicious. The lasagna ravioli was amazing. The chicken Christopher and the scalloped potatoes were fabulous. But the caramel turtle cheesecake chef's kiss 💋 would definitely return and recommend.

Morton's has been an excellent steakhouse experience each time my partner and I visit the establishment. Most recently we went for Valentine's weekend and thanks to our server suggestion (Tonio?) I tried the Wagyu short rib which was phenomenal. Service was prompt and friendly, cocktails were balanced yet not weak. The pictures attached are from my partners birthday dinner and as you can see they went the extra mile by including rose petals on the table and a customized 'Happy Birthday' menu. Morton's is at the top of our Atlanta steakhouse list and I encourage everyone to give them a try!

We dined here tonight from out of town, and it was painfully average to say the least. My fiancé got a steak and his was okay. I got a steak that was cooked right in the middle, but scorched on the outside. I sent mine back, and the second steak was phenomenal. The sides we got were not great either, but we did enjoy the fries. The manager who spoke with us was very understanding and professional. This restaurant was more expensive than what we usually would have, but it was slightly under my expectations for what we thought it would be.

We love Morton’s and always look forward to eating here. Our experience last night wasn’t the greatest but it wasn’t the worst. Our steaks were not cooked properly. And the service was a bit disjointed. We kind of felt like the forgotten table. They were busy and one of the waiters that helped us was great. We will definitely be back. But last night wasn’t the best.

The food was absolutely delicious! We had the Cajun ribeye with garlic butter, filet mignon and lobster with blue cheese butter, lobster Mac and cheese, and asparagus. Everything was good, but the steak was cooked to perfection - so juicy and flavorful!
