Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

We went, as a family, to celebrate a big birthday dinner. Haley was our phenomenal server. The chilled shellfish tower was a seafood lovers paradise! Our steaks were cooked exceptionally well and the sides were big enough to share around the table. The dessert was delicious! Excellent service and a memorable experience!

Great experience. Planned a family event that required rescheduling due to the snow. Flemings opened just for our event! The room was a great size, and the food presentation was lovely, C.T. was our waiter, and he was amazing!!! Our food was beautiful and delicious. Drinks were great also!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Flemings. We were treated as very special guests. We were greeted, seated in our reserved table; where an anniversary card was placed. We were presented with champagne and they took our pictures. We ordered the Tuesday Tomahawk for two. This comes with two salad of choice, two sides and two deserts. The house salad is great with oil and vinaigrette but had some sweet side to it. The Caesar salad is wonderful. The steak and two sides are wonderfully cooked. The steak came out perfect; tender with awesome taste. Oh, deserts. It’s too much food to finish these deserts. No matter how beautifully decorated this place or any place, the value of having a wonderful server is priceless. CT is an outstanding person. He was quick, very observant, pays attention to details and a wonderful personality. Another important details is when a manager, Clinton go to visit your table and ensure everything is to our satisfaction. It gives that awesome, personal touch. This place has an awesome, well stocked bar. The kitchen is visible from the dining area. And the restroom is clean, working faucets and stock with toiletries. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Visit and ask for CT. He’ll make your day very memorable.

Fleming's is my number 1 steakhouse until somewhere served a better steak. Get the crab cakes, no filler mostly lump crabmeat. Lobster Mac n Cheese, roasted sweet potatoes and the bone in ribeye that was cooked to perfection.

I visited Fleming’s last night for the first time for a birthday dinner. The atmosphere was beautiful however the customer service missed the mark. The young lady was a sweetheart but we were there for over 3 hours (not intentionally , kitchen was backed up ) and saw her at max 3 times. I ordered a medium steak only to receive one close to well done. I believe the manager came over to drop our new steak off , but no apologies for the mistake or delay. Just “please cut into this one to check the temperature “. Just an unpleasant experience overall.

The atmosphere was great, the food was the best that I've had at a restaurant in a long time. We were able to take advantage of Tomahawk Tuesday and what an amazing deal it was. Definitely planning my next visit and will be requesting Marvin as our waiter, as the service he provided was top tier and he represented the epitome of what a great server should be.

Friday night early dinner with reservations. Welcoming vibe and we were seated right away. For drinks, we had a glass of Quilt and the Small Batch Smash. Quilt was semi dry and pairs great with the ribeye. The small batch was a good blend, not overly sweet, but could be more balanced. Calamari’s banana peppers added a nice touch, but it was just okay overall. Prime Ribeye Bone-In was cooked well but had a lot of charring. We added diablo shrimp to one and scallops to the other. Shrimp was cooked great. The diablo sauce was fantastic. It does have a kick. The scallops were average with no standout seasoning. Loaded mashed potatoes were average. Didn’t taste any seasoning and the butter was cold and unmelted. Brownie was delicious but the ice cream had a strange texture. Overall, great experience. Service was nice and helpful. Would recommend and come back.
