My husband and I dine in at Texas Roadhouse in Tallahassee, Florida, January 18, 2025, before doing a little shopping around town. We got there right when they opened up. It's the best time to go. Thought we would try it again since last few times we couldn't get in because they were so busy. We drove down from Donalsonville, Ga. I'm glad they stay busy. Our waitress was sweet young lady. Food came out fast and hot.

This is one my family’s favorite places to dine. Affordable and tasty meals. They serve complimentary delicious, right-from-the-oven bread with honey butter. I’ve not experienced bad service here. Pro tip: Join the waitlist before arriving to avoid a long wait time.

Standard Roadhouse quality. So very good. I had to ask for the rolls which usually they just bring them, and hello everyone loves the rolls! With that delicious butter!! But they were promptly brought to us so no biggie. Everyone working looked very young, and I like a little more attentive servers, but the wait was not long at all, and the food came quick!! So good experience overall.

Fillet, requested medium, arrived completely raw in the middle. As we waited to get the attention of the waiter, we were eating. The people I was with had their meals and were eating. He took my steak to cook a new one for me. Ten minutes later my friends were done eating, so I asked him to cancel the steak. When the manager walked by I asked him to take the steak off my bill because it was still a charge on the kiosk. The manager charged me $4.99 for my little side salad and $3.49 for my small side of mashed potatoes. I do not recommend this restaurant. Texas Roadhouse in general is one of my favorite places, but this is the second time in a row I haven’t been able to eat my steak. Paid $32 for the two sides, an onion, and one beer.

Now Texas Roadhouse - yall need to explain these mozzarella sticks because where is the cheese?! I’m sure the kitchen staff was swamped because it was packed but gracious. We received rolls with no butter, my boneless wings were soggy, they ran out of tartar sauce, the restroom was disgusting. Our server was attentive with all the tables they had - which is a plus! I’d certainly go back but I will never order that again.

I went here last night & sat at the bar & ordered a critter chicken salad to go with everything minus tomatoes. I did not get bacon, again. Yeah it’s just bacon but this isn’t the first time they’ve done this. If I pay for something that’s what I want. Not only did we drive 30 minutes for that salad but I paid $20 and left a tip just to get home and my salad was made wrong. I believe we were stereotyped. Never again!

Clay provided the most outstanding service I’ve had in years. dude deserves a raise fr! My boyfriend and I never had glasses less than half full, he was incredibly on top of each detail and was so personable and kind. The food came out fresh and hot; our ribeye was cooked to perfection! this experience set a record standard for Texas Roadhouse’s quality and service. will definitely be returning soon!
