The food was excellent, and very well presented. The service was a bit on the slow side as they appeared to be understaffed. Restrooms were extremely clean. Good selection of mixed drinks, wine and beer. Would have been a perfect experience had the wait for service had been shorter

Don was our chef and he was hilarious and very kind. Would certainly recommend him as the chef returning. Food was delicious and entertainment great for our birthday dinner.

I went for an early lunch and wanted to see the show. I was told by the host that it is not offered at that time. That sucked because we planned on ordering from the dinner menu. I chose this restaurant based on its high ratings and was prepared for higher prices. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. Despite the menu's costliness, the dining experience fell far below expectations. To make matters worst, there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant. There was about eight tables to serve. Now let’s talk about the food. The food appears better than it taste. The soup lacked flavor and seemed watered down, while the salad did not appear fresh. My order of chicken and salmon, priced at $36, was overwhelmed with an excessive amount of teriyaki sauce, which detracted from the dish's taste. Even the vegetables seemed overcooked in was drowning in the same sauce. Overall, I feel dissatisfied with the $150 spent and would advise others to consider alternative dining options.

Osaka is our go-to for special events. Tonight we went to celebrate our son’s birthday. The chef, whose name I did not hear clearly (he’s new and young) made the comment to my 10 year old daughter “whoa! Where are your eyebrows?? Why is your face so red?” VERY loudly. She almost cried at the table but we tried to keep it upbeat. She’s blond, so her eyebrows are faint. Her face is red because she’s been playing outside in the snow for 3 days and she has a fair complexion. I didn’t want to make a scene at dinner, but I did mention this to the hostess. She said she would tell the head chef. Our server was also present and told me he’s sorry for what happened. It’s never appropriate to comment on a child’s appearance. I’m attaching two photos: one before the comment and one after. You can see from the pic how she felt the rest of the evening.

Decided to stop here for lunch it the place was very upscale which I like, the chef for the hibachi was very funny and had great energy. My rating is based on the plenty other hibachi style places I have went to, the 1 negative is that you can’t spend extra money ordering lunch special sushi rolls while at the hibachi table and the bar was closed. This has never happened to me before. The food was moderately seasoned and they were generous with the white sauce.

Now, this is usually crowded, and this is the place one of my cousins loves. Keep in mind this is my opinion. I don't want to offend anyone, but it was okay for me. The food is not bad but it wasn't great for me either. The atmosphere is nice. I had fun listening to the Hibachi cook. That was the highlight for me. I mean give it a try it might be a better experience for you. I just didn't get the "wow" factor.

Great atmosphere! We just waited too long… they gave free appetizer to cover the waiting time. We waited for hibachi table, actually they have plenty of them but somehow it was too crowded at that day. As you know, the best part of the dinner is the cooking show of the chef. Especially fire 🔥 show👌

We always have an enjoyable experience here. Tonight, Don was our chef! He is hilarious! He interacts well and has such great conversational banter and comedic roasting techniques. We ask for him every time we go. Great flavor in the food as well! Everything stays always tastes so yummy!
