Texas Roadhouse

Sat at the bar. Texas Roadhouse is always packed so I was happy to get a bar seat. The service was good the drinks were great thanks to the bartender. The appetizer was great we had the boneless buffalo wings they were so good and the buffalo sauce was bomb. I was disappointed by the burger though. I order the Smokehouse burger and there was nothing smokey about it. I told my server it was like biting into air. It was the perfect temperature and desperately needed salt, pepper any type of seasonings. But the manager did remove it from my bill and offer me something different. I’ll be back again but I’ll stick to my normal entree

Man what a headache. That was a very stressful dinner. The food was great, so good job back of house. But the service was sub par. It was below sub par. I can’t imagine working with coworkers that are just this clueless. The servers are just.. wow. Mediocre at best. It’s crazy. The management is great but inconsistent.

The food was great. Let me tell you about our waitress. She was so fast to do everything from bringing our drinks to refilling our drinks to bring in more bread to even talk fast. It was funny but it was great. She was great.

The service and the food was great! We started off with the cactus blossom and the fried pickles. My husband ordered the Texas Combo filet and bbq chicken. I had the smothered chicken, green beans, and salad. Our meals were delicious!

This was a daytime date, however we had to leave and come back as they didn't open until 3 that day. We were seated and our server was really quick in taking care of us. I actually got to see the inside of the restaurant which is pretty big. The food was good and our server was very professional and very nice. I'm sure we'll return again however we'll check the hours first

I sat at the bar, and Sam took my order. She was fantastic, checking in multiple times to see if I needed anything and making sure I was comfortable. She was also a pleasure to talk to, making my experience even more enjoyable.

I had a not so great experience and to make it worse it was my birthday dinner. The host told us it was a 5 minute wait and we waited for 40 minutes. She never updated us during that time period or apologized for any sort of wait. They all just sat around at the host stand chatting and pretending like none of us were there. We sat with our server Brenden, he was nice and quick. We asked for a sweet tea and he brought us a regular tea, so we told him it wasn’t sweet and he said he wasn’t sure if there was any sweet tea left, so I’m wondering why he didn’t tell us this to begin with instead of thinking we wouldn’t notice our tea wasn’t sweet. I ordered a Caesar salad as one of my side options, I get brought a bowl of lettuce with a side of ranch. No croutons, no Parmesan cheese and no Caesar dressing. I obviously ask for some and then our waiter informs us that there is no croutons, Parmesan cheese or Caesar dressing? It would have been nice to know that before ordering the salad. Then our side of fries was never brought out, after we asked for them we were brought the check and never received our fries. It was a 2/10 experience. The salmon was great.
