The service was pretty good. The waitress was nice and friendly. The food was good, but I was not a fan of the beans. The chicharrones could have been crispier. The meat was done right.

I have lived in Mandarin almost all of my 53 years. This place is so on point. Amazing staff, amazing food! My cousin from TN was visiting and said the ribeye was the best she's had in her life. Look, we are country, we know how to cook some cow. BUT this place has it perfected. The sauces, the empanadas, the potatoes (maybe more salt), the everything! The columbian lemonade was perfectly smooth and so natural!! Our waitress was so sweet...I'm so sorry I can't remember her name (ugh). Please visit this family restaurant...there's a reason they're still around. Thumbs all up!

Birthday celebration for a guy that is referred to a "Meat & Potatoes" kinda guy, and he loved what was recommended for him. Very busy restaurant recommen a reservation if a party more then 5. Although we didn't request a birthday in the restaurant did and they sung it very well with lots of excitement.

Love this place. The food is always amazing ! I have been here many times since they opened in 2014 and they never disappoint me. The friendly staff. Great atmosphere.

This should be 4.9-5 stars all day! Our new go-to for sure. The service was great, but the food was superb. Quality ingredients cooked to perfection! The skirt steak was tender, chicharon was crunchy and flavorful, and the teramisu was amazing. We couldn't help but talk about our experience the whole way home.

Salento is authentic Colombian food, delicious, well prepared and the attention is felt from the moment you enter. Natalia is very attentive and friendly. They are all special. I highly recommend this typical Colombian restaurant, Simply the best!

We’ve lived in the area for 7 years and kept saying we have to try this place. Well, we finally did. I’m so sorry we hadn’t before. Went on a Friday night. 4 in our group and we had a reservation. But..when we got there they couldn’t find our reservation. I was like of course, just my luck. They sat is immediately, with no hesitation. Thank God. The wine was fantastic and so was the food. My only criticism is the salad. It was less than stellar. I will skip that the next time. I had the Ribeye and my husband had the flank steak. Both were great. His was better. lol. Cannot wait to go back. We heard there burgers are to die for!!
