Rustic 21 Bistro is a hidden gem that offers a cozy, intimate dining experience. The small, inviting atmosphere makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The highlight, of course, is the authentic Brazilian cuisine, which is absolutely delicious. Every dish is prepared with care, offering bold, flavorful combinations that stay true to traditional Brazilian recipes. From savory meats to mouthwatering sides, each bite is a testament to the quality and authenticity of the food. While the space is compact, it adds to the charm, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal with friends or a quiet dinner for two. The service is warm and attentive, further elevating the dining experience. If you're craving authentic Brazilian food in a cozy, welcoming setting, Rustic 21 Bistro is definitely worth a visit.

Hidden Gem! Some of the best food I’ve had in Jacksonville in a long time. Everything was absolutely excellent! Wish I could give more than five stars. Everything we had was exceptional but the short rib and risotto stood out among all the delicious plates! The service was great, and the chef/owner came to our table and talked to us at the end. 10 out of 10! If you’re not going here you’re miss out!

Amazing food with amazing and friendly service. My husband and I got “pastel” as appetizer, the rib with risotto and shrimp stew for main course. Everything tasted amazing. We were beyond satisfied and happy. 100% recommend this place and wish them the best of luck!

I had a great experience at Rustic 21 Bistro! The Brazilian-inspired menu offers a unique twist on classic dishes. I ordered the schnitzel with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The schnitzel was cooked well, though I wish the mashed potatoes had a bit more seasoning to enhance the flavor. The broccoli was a nice touch and added a fresh contrast. The atmosphere at the restaurant is warm and welcoming, with beautiful decor and clean restrooms. Our group of 23 was accommodated with ease, which I really appreciated given the size of our party. The host was friendly, and the chef even came to our table to check on our experience, which was a nice personal touch. Overall, a solid experience with friendly service.

We travel a lot and eat in a lot of different and excellent restaurants. This is just the most perfect Brazilian or not restaurant I have ever been to! You can feel that every food is made with love and a lot of dedication (my mouth watering just thinking about it). The service is excellent (the chef is a great person). The atmosphere is cozy, modern and clean! Love everything about it just wish lived close to it 🤍

Third time trying this place. It has potential, but there is definitely room for a lot of improvement. - The caipiroska cocktails: All 3 times we ordered them, they lacked flavor and strength. Mine was strawberry and it tasted like water with the fruit, not even having the sweetness of the sugar (the base of every caipirinha/caipiroska). My husband ordered lime and the limes weren’t even crushed as they should be. (I wish I had a picture). - The top sirloin steak that my husband ordered was small, overcooked, and lacking flavor. - The service: This is where they can improve the most in my opinion. Brazilian restaurants are known for the hospitality, especially when it’s a place that is a little bit on the “pricey” side. The servers gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. I enjoyed my shrimp stew but there’s nothing too special about it, maybe we’ll try this restaurant again in while and see if things have improved. UPDATE : Dropping another star because of the reply that I got. I did not like the way the restaurant answered me, you can notice some sarcasm. Now I’m definitely not returning. By clicking on the 1 star reviews I noticed that I’m not the only one not satisfied with the service, and by the restaurant reply to me it seems like they’re not interested on improving. Replying to the restaurant now: I understand that the place was busy, and that’s one of the reasons why I didn’t want to make the servers life harder by complaining to them. Maybe I should’ve, as you’re apparently proposing, but that’s not the point. What you expect me to say? “Improve your attitude”? We were already having a good time prior to arriving to the restaurant, and while there, having long conversations. It is not a bad drink and service that would make us go out of our way to complain. On top of that, my husband would’ve had to wait extra 30 minutes for another steak, so since he was very hungry he ate that one. I leave reviews in the next day for a lot of places that I visit, good or bad reviews, but mostly good. I didn’t find 3 stars offensive to receive this sarcastic reply. It is not because we didn’t complain at the same moment, that our honest review in what could improve shouldn’t count. Your answer didn’t express any interest on improving, but rather said that other people had a “great experience” and I’m the “only one” unsatisfied. Very unprofessional.

This place is a hidden GEM! I loved the atmosphere and they treated us like family. The food was very good. I had the steak and salt fish cakes. I love supporting small businesses and I'll make sure to keep coming back to this wonderful establishment.

First time visit and enjoyed the food. Recommend having reservations because it's a small place that gets busy. We had a few appetizers and the pork belly was great and so was the buratta. I had the braised short ribs which was good. Our party also enjoyed the salted cod, shrimp, and chicken stroganoff. The sauces and accompaniment were unique and paired well with the entree. The dessert were varied and the carrot cake with chocolate was a particular favorite.
