Outback Steakhouse

This is a shout out to the hostess Layla, and our server Ariel. My boyfriend and I sent our dog to heaven, and after burying him, we went to get some food from y’all. Our server, Ariel was absolutely amazing and made sure that we had everything we needed. You’re hostess, Layla, went above and beyond. She bought me, presented at the end of the meal, a dog plushy that is able to be warmed up so that you can hug him. The staff overall was so warm and kind in the hardship that we were dealing with. I have worked customer service industry for 23 years and the level at which your staff was performing their service to their guests was above and beyond. I will never forget the kindness that was shown when our hearts were breaking. Thank you so much.

Edit… August1, 2024… Of course the food was amazing as always! I got the two filets with cheese, mushrooms, and the sweet potatoes in the blooming mushroom spears. My husband had an ribeye, and my daughter enjoyed her steak too…. Out of all of the steakhouse chains, Outback is my favorite! Our server Darius was so delighted and attentive. The blooming onion is the best at Outback. The mashed potatoes were bland and that was my only disappointment. The Alice Springs chicken is delicious as always!

Saucy-D, hubby's new affectionate nickname for Darius, was there after each item was dropped to make sure we were happy with it and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back and request him.

The waitress was extremely friendly and helpful and but could have definitely used the extra help. The part we all waiting for. The food!. My spouse orderd the outbacker burger. I don't think there's anything nice to say about it. My spouse also ordered the steakhouse Mac and cheese for the pair and that was an absolutely FAIL as it was served cold. I got the meat pair thingy. Ain't no way the chicken outshines the steak on so many level. The chicken was perfect.

I've been to this location twice in the past few weeks and overall it's been excellent. I sat at the bar both times. The food actually seems to have gotten better. For not being Prime steaks both the ribeyes I order were wonderful. Both times perfectly cooked and seasoned. Smashed potatoes excellent. Their Blondie beer is very good. Service was really good. Prices are reasonable.

I walked in and sat down. Had to chase a waiter down for a menu. Then I had to go to the bartender to put my order in but I wasn't even sitting at the bar. Over I think they were all having a meeting, but I think they could do better making sure there is some coverage on the floor.

I ordered take out from here a simple sirloin steak salad, removing the pecans and the blue cheese crumbles adding cucumbers and croutons… when I received my order I received a higher side garden salad with super tough dry steak. Full of iceberg lettuce. Complete disappointed after making the long drive to this location.
