They were absolutely amazing! I suggest making reservations. This was an awesome experience for myself and my son. We will definitely be back. Be prepared to spend some cash! However, it was definitely worth it

We had a wonderful experience! There was a very lively, entertaining and courteous hibachi chef. We came at a busy time so the waitresses and waiter were spread thin god bless their work. The food was absolutely awesome, the sake was also great! Overall highly recommended especially for special occasions

Was in a few days ago and a 20% gradutity was added to our bill because we are a family of 4 . This day in age most family's are at least 3 or 4 . There should not be gratuity added for a regular family coming in to eat . I could see if we are a party or big group but 4 people thats crazy . I tip based on my experience as anyone should . The fact the staff can just sit in the other room on their phones and only fill your cup , and check on you one time because they know they are getting an automatic tip is just laziness and unfair . They don't have to do a thing and they know that, so they don't even put in any effort to make your experience good or even make the atmosphere welcoming. The food was good even though the chicken was very dry. The rice and veggies had a good flavor and the yum yum sauce we excellent.

Great hibachi food and service. They even provide noodles with all hibachi orders. Also, the yum yum sauce is great. It's totally worth the visit for great tasting food & drinks. Good for large parties!

This was my favorite restaurant in Jax. But, the waiter decided to add a 20% gratuity to the total. We were only a party of two, and this typically applies to parties of more than 4. Be sure to check your tickets. He did this to everyone at the table. We will not be revisiting anytime soon. Likewise, he only checked our drinks once.

Overall it was pretty good. I was a little bit disappointed that the rice was so plain. That was a first for me in terms of sitting down for a Japanese steakhouse at the grill. I was a little frustrated when the bartender took it upon herself to refill our drinks and I wasn't even done with my first one and didn't ask for a second round which I was then obligated to pay a lot of money for. I would not think at a place like that that a regular lemon drop would be so expensive. I will say that there's only two tables open and Two Chefs available for those tables so the wait was kind of long but the chef that we got was fantastic. I truly had not had a chef That animated and fun in a long long time but then again I don't get to go out for Japanese Steakhouse dinners very often either. By far the most enjoyable part was our chef and the regular steak was phenomenal. I stopped ordering steak at places like this because it was always so tough and I was pleasantly surprised when I tasted my husband's and it was very tender! Not too bad considering we had something else planned in it fell apart and we just ended up here.

We usually go here for hibachi at 2-3 month intervals but lately the past 2 times it’s been dwindling down. We ordered lobster and scallop and it was pretty much inedible. The hibachi show was also rushed, no throwing of shrimp or rice ( my sons favorite )

Stopped here for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. Was greeted immediately by waitstaff and seated, Jen the waitress was friendly, attentive, and service was excellent. Ordered a yellow tail roll and salmon roll as well as an order of vegetable tempura. The generous plate of tempura was excellent, crisp and flavorful with truly fresh veges. Both rolls were a messy - is sushi no longer an art form? The salmon was passable but the yellow tail looked like, and had the consistency of, tar-tar or chopped fish. Overall, an average place with average food and above average service.
