We had reservations to the Chart House for Valentine’s Day. We had a 3 set course meal, the waitress name was Samantha she was Great if you go there ask for her. The first course was lobster bisque, the second course was Salmon,Shrimp,Crab avocado mango stack. The third course was Red velvet lava cake with vanilla ice cream. and the drinks were delicious. Then we took a walk at river walk it was beautiful at night. We recommend going you won’t be disappointed.

The Chart House chain is an old friend. I have been to many of their outlets, and Jacksonville did not disappoint. Food - excellent. The salad bar is still in operation, and it is a very good (and good value) way to start your meal. For the main I had the Prime Rib. It was excellent and cooked just right and with nice herb crust. The accompanying potatoes were also good. We had the traditional mud pie for desert, and it was even better than I remember. Service was friendly, but our server seemed to have something on his mind as he made a few errors with our order. Nothing that spoiled our visit, but I would expect more from the Chart House. The atmosphere was typical Chart House, and in this case it was quite dated. I felt like we were back in the 1980’s, and maybe we were, for just a short while. It was good to see the place busy, especially the bar. I rounded the overall rating up to a five due to the excellent prime rib and mud pie. They made up for any other small issues. I would definitely recommend the Jacksonville Chart House.

We really enjoyed the food, service and the views. Our prime rib was perfect. The garlic potatoes were yummy. The king crac and the Key West grouper were delicious. The creme Brulee and Mississippi mud pie were amazing.

Loved the clam chowder. Salad bar had a smidge of caviar and fresh anchovies besides fruit and vegetables. Everything else was good.

Chart House is an older establishment also a forgotten gem so to speak. Staff is top notch & very welcoming. My goto everytime is the Prime Rib medium with a Monarch Maragarita with a clam chowder to start.

Excellent service, great food, a modern restaurant layout, a beautiful view from inside the restaurant and a fantastic riverside walk way next to the restaurant.

I came here for my birthday. The only reason I gave our service 3 stars is because our server was having to attend to a large party and took a very long time to check in with us and to get back to us any time. I understand having to attend to a large party but our waits for our server were extremely long. Took 30 minutes just to be greeted and to get our initial waters. However, the food and drinks were phenomenal!
