I enjoyed Longhorn. The ribeye steak was tasty and cooked perfectl medium. I liked the fresh free bread and butter. My house salad was better than usual with good size and selection of veggies and croutons. Prices where on scale of other steak houses.

I visited for lunch on Tuesday, and while the food was decent and the service was okay overall, I had a major concern regarding my waitress. I don’t recall her name exactly—possibly Hannah—but she had dark hair, glasses, and wore red lipstick. Unfortunately, she appeared to be under the influence of something, and even my husband noticed the smell of alcohol on her when she approached our table. This made our dining experience uncomfortable, but I wasn’t sure how to address it in person at the time. After seeing other recent reviews mentioning similar experiences, I felt it was important to share mine as well.

Longhorn Steakhouse - Where Ribeye Dreams and Birthday Schemes Collide Went out to lunch for my bestie's birthday with the boss lady, and we landed at Longhorn Steakhouse. Our server, Kate, was the bomb—top-tier customer service with a fun twist. She’s the kind of server who makes you think, “Man, I wish every meal came with Kate.” We ordered ribeye steaks, each cooked to personalized perfection. Plus, we had an appetizer of mushrooms that were, quite frankly, mushroom-magnificent. However, we faced the shocking revelation that they no longer sing “Happy Birthday” due to the great conflict among humans. Who knew birthday celebrations could lead to such chaos? Apparently, not everyone can be an American Idol when it comes to belting out birthday tunes and that the table across the room would be jelly because there servers just an average Joe . Despite this anti-climactic birthday news, the overall experience was fantastic.

Let me start with this so no one gets fired. Servers were great, left a hefty tip because he was friendly and very understanding. The food SUCKED. I really expected better but maybe shame on me for that. My medium well steak came out well done and my girlfriend’s medium rare came out RARE,l and 50% fat at least, a steak should not wiggle like that. Both of them were smothered with black pepper, choking out every bit of seasoning/flavor with a dirt taste of burning. All the sides were really good but the steaks, at a STEAKHOUSE, was terrible. Really wanted to enjoy my time there :(, it was a date

The server was knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. The food was excellent. Chicken strips were the best my granddaughter ever had, so she said, and I agreed. Broccoli was perfect. French Onion soup had a homemade taste. Caesar salad was good but a bit over dressed. Bread was fresh n hot. Music was not loud or annoying.

What started as bad became a WIN from the Longhorn’s team. We arrived, with no wait, seated immediately - and were promptly forgotten. After over 10 mins, and almost leaving-the staff went out of their way to make up for the lost time. Our server turned out to be a great guy, and the food was great as always. The kindness they showed turned the experience around 100%. Since this a special occasion for us- I was glad we stayed.

We had Trey as a server. He was absolutely amazing and was on top of everything for us. Quick and so efficient to help. The food was absolutely delicious and so flavorful. We stopped because I wanted the Texas tonuns they are my absolute favorite next to the fresh bread. This is one of our favorite Long Horns. There are only a couple we like . This is definitely one of them. Never had bad food or service.

Our server was wonderful food came out nice and hot and tasted amazing. The brussel sprouts were my Fav 😋 the ribs were very tender. But had to much pepper in the BBQ sauce.
