I sat outside not far from the delightful River Walk waterfall and absorbed the early evening vibe. Though I had just eaten dinner somewhere else, I just had to at least try the calamari appetizer....I love calamari. Capers! The chef used just a few capers in the calamari sauce and the aioli that accompanied the squid was just right. I'll be back, just wait and see. EDIT: I'm back after two days to sample a proper dinner at 21Steak. All I can say is OMG and IYKYK: it was one of the best dinners I've enjoyed at any restaurant in the southwest. I had the 16oz Filet, yes, that's correct, 16 flavorful ounces of perfectly cooked, medium-rare Filet, and not bacon-wrapped like the 8oz Filet. On the side I ordered mashed potatoes, another favorite of mine since childhood, and possibly the very best I've ever had as well. To pair perfectly I had two glasses of Argentinian Malbec, from two different wineries, and if you love wine you'll recognize the sweetheart combo it made with the meat. Again I sat outside and felt a strong deja vu.....hahaha. This will be my go to restaurant any time I'm going north or south on I-25. The owner, Toni Orozco-Joyce guided me to my table and thanked me for the review I had made two days earlier. Later she stopped by my table during my dinner and we chatted briefly again, along with my two new friends at the outdoor table next to mine. What a nice, friendly and down-to-earth proprietor! I have to remind her and her chef to contact Lee at High Country Meats in Raton, NM, and explore the common ground they will easily discover. It's always nice to have new possibilities shared by a happy patron.

Saturday night and very busy with Prom. We waited for our table and Alex at the bar took care of us. He shook the coldest Martini ever and took time to make sure we were comfortable. When our table was ready,Jonathan started us out with the potato croquettes as an appetizer. Then began the main event: Tender filet mignon and Bison Ribeye. Asparagus, mushrooms, and pasta sides with a Malbac. Toni served the wine then assisted with a tasting of Hardy cognac to finish with Nana's chocolate cake. Beautiful, restful evening and we were waited on perfectly.👌 Can't wait for our next special event.

Had the most amazing experience here! I came for my birthday and they made me feel so special. The atmosphere is beautiful and the wait staff is amazing. Will definitely be back. The tres leches was so yummy! I got the steak flight and the sides were really great. I did not enjoy the pumpkin soup nor the pasta side, but everything else was SO good.

For our second anniversary we decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner at 21 steak. Our sever, Anthony was very accommodating and friendly. We ordered the shrimp & kimchi cakes, Docs flight of filet, the 12 oz black angus filet and mushroom risotto. It was phenomenal. Better than the Gordon Ramsey Steakhouse in Vegas. I’d like to add the entire staff was friendly and welcoming especially the manager and Anthony. I can’t wait to go back.

I confirm that Twenty One Steak is the bomb in Pueblo. Just driving through I-25, this looked good. They are an old school hospitality establishment serving top line culinary. The way all great pillar local restaurants used to be. Went in after 8:00pm, sat at the bar. Alec mixed up the most perfect old fashioned (so far). I ordered the house salad with the pan fried chicken. Definitely @Logan Tavern comparable (with better service). Go here. Go later in the evening (after the rush). They are a competent led, take care of business restaurant.

Highest end spot in Pueblo. Can't wait to return. Toni runs a tight ship... and, Dimitri is an awesome bartender and very knowledgeable about the cuisine, wine menu and cocktails.

Never tried a tomahawk steak but the one here was extremely chewy. I had to drink water just to get it down. Mash potatoes were runny. Risotto was bland and the server was too rigid and didn't make it relaxing. 250 dollars later for 2 people with 4 glasses of wine total and no dessert. Not worth that amount of money
