We come here as often as we can.. I always try to order something different.. I got the steak kabob and I was disappointed when it wasn't on the skewer.. I'm an adult and when I want kabob I EXPECT THE SKEWER.. No skewer takes away from the kabob experience.. Wood/Metal, I really don't care LEAVE THE SKEWER.. Our server John was a delight as with most of the staff at Texas Roadhouse, one reason we drive 70 plus miles from our cabin is not just the food but the friendly staff.. (As a retired server for over 30 years I know what it takes to make people happy.. I'll be calling corporate about the absence of the skewer for the kabobs)

Chey, I believe her name was, was amazing!! Extremely friendly, checked up on us constantly and brought us refills without us even having to ask, she was on top of it!! The food was delicious!

The family wanted to treat a 10 year old to his favorite restaurant for dinner, unfortunately the Pueblo CO location did not carry the same quality as other Colorado locations. Kiddos steak was extremely undercooked, "grilled" salmon was definitely NOT grilled. Thought maybe the birthday ice cream couldn't be bad but it came out completely melted. AI will probably say that it is never their intention to let their customers down... Maybe just be better.

Service was really good at this location. Food is decent. Steaks cooked to request. TX Roadhouses are always busy no matter the location because they are the king of fast casual and affordable family dining.

While the food was delicious and wait time was short at the height of dinnertime, I mostly want to mention the incredible service we experienced. My family and I stopped here in the midst of a road trip, driving from Colorado to Oklahoma. At the end of dinner, I forgot my wallet in the booth and didn't realize it until the next day when we were already most of the way back to Oklahoma. Not only was my wallet found and kept safely until I could get it back (with everything still in it) but the general manager, Andy McGee, went above and beyond to help me get it back. His help is appreciated more than I can say and we will definitely be continuing to eat at Texas Roadhouse, both for the food and the service.

Free $9 appetizer tonight. Packed house and yet seated within 2 minutes of walking through the door with call ahead seating. Free onion blossom started us off right for filling out a survey. Collin was our server tonight. Warm rolls, and drinks to start. Ribs and 8oz steak cooked to perfection. Green chile chicken was awesome. We always split entrees so we get a taste of everything. The salads served before the meal were a premium as well The salad chef deserves kudos for the work they do. A manager always pays us a visit with every dining experience here. Service is always legendary, and never had a bad meal. This place is a local favorite. It's a little expensive but we always have leftovers for another meal. I paid the same price a mile down the road last week, by the theatre, for cold food bad service.and a mgr that is sinking the ship. They should have closed after bankruptcy. With each restaurant closure, this place will just get busier and busier. The team here is killing it with great food, spirits, and customer care that is the best of the best. The music is a little loud for my taste, and the coffee not always hot, these are things we can handle. I couldn't ask for a better dining experience or value for my dollar.
