Celebrated our 31st anniversary here, and had some out of this world prime rib off the early bird menu and the spinache artichoke dip with fresh pita chips. Brittany was our hostess, and catered to us wonderfully. I didn't realize prime rib was added to early bird menu. The fresh horseradish made it even better. The au jos had a unique smokey flavor. This place has adapted to the times. It is great for just a casual meal out. The early bird special included bread, salad, and an entree featuring one of the best steaks perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. It melts in your mouth. Jaren was our previous host. Service was 5 star and then some. The chef did a marvelous job, not only with the steaks, but mashed potatoes and green beans with red peppers. I spent less hear on two great steaks than I spend at the big chain restaurants for just a hamburger. It was quiet and such a welcoming environment. It's our new go-to for both casual and higher end fine dining

I used to recommend Park East. I previously ate there regularly and gave them 5 stars. Now I recommend you stay away. The only good thing is the wait staff were still attentive. The food has gotten really bad, however. I had a French onion soup that tasted like watered down beef broth with three tiny thumbnail sized bits of onion floating in it and about a 2 inch by 2 inch tiny source of cheese on top. The pasta was overcooked and mushy with the linguini noodles broken into short chunks, which came out cold. The chicken was dry and unseasoned. My partner's meal was similarly of poor quality. I don't know if they're just trying to stretch their supplies or if they no longer have any competent kitchen staff. What I do know is that there are numerous other establishments in Pueblo that are better at nearly every dish they have on the menu.

The food is great and people are nice. Probably the best steak I have had in pueblo. However, I would not call the restaurant child friendly. It said kids menu when we looked it up but the hostess did not think they had high chairs, luckily they did but we never felt like the staff was prepared for a child to be there. We still enjoyed our food and the time with each other but this is going to be on the date night with a babysitter list rather than somewhere we will come as a family.

One of pueblos nicer older restaurants. Food was flavorful and portions were good size, and presentation was beautiful on all plates. The staff were friendly and helpful and service was prompt and efficient. As for the margaritas....they were super! Cheers! It's more on the expensive side but for a romantic night out....it's worth it.

We were there at 5:45 and floors weren’t clean. Still has horrible carpet that needs replaced. Martinis were barely half a glass. Shrimp was tough and greasy. Green beans were not appetizing but were cold. Bartender serving everyone, but no business really so didn’t matter. Place needs a big makeover.

The layout of this restaurant really helps to make it feel closer and more personal. Our steaks were perfectly cooked, the wine was delicious, our appetizers were tasty, and our server was excellent. For a small venue in an out of the way area, I was very impressed

Horrible service. It took an hour to get our food, and when it came the guy Tried to give me a plate that I didn't order, it had some sauce on the steak,he told me I can scrape the stuff off. I mean really I want what ordered. And not one time did the waiter come to our table to check on us or refill our coffee. Besides the fact it's way over priced which is expected every where you go these days, but at least you would expect decent service.

They got us in without a reservation which was great. Took an hour to order, didn't even get a kids menu or bread. Another hour for food. They forgot a few items, by the time we received them, we were ready to go. Not sure if we will return, which is sad. My grandparents brought me here as a kid, and I was excited to share it with my own family.
