Came here on New Years for an anniversary dinner and the place was packed!! I had made a reservation and had to wait 20 minutes after the reservation time. I knew making the reservation that this place gets busy so I wasn’t stressed about waiting. I love how this place works. Flip the wood piece to green and the meat starts coming!!!! The salad bar/side bar has some good options. The mash potato’s are bomb! Prime rib was there tonight and that didn’t disappoint. I enjoyed everything! The pineapple is one of my favorites. The only disappointment would be the rude customers that come here and treat the staff poorly. They were slammed and were doing their best and yet the Karen’s were out complaining left n right. I even told the staff they were doing amazing. You can’t please everyone. I highly recommend this place!

We came here for my husband's birthday on the 24th of December. Pretty busy for being the day before Christmas! The service was perfect, and the food was even better! The salad buffet is enormous and everything is so good! We tried as much meat as possible, and it was all juicy and delicious! I'm glad they give you salt on the table because it was needed! Definitely coming back again!

Fun place for a foodie experience. Upbeat atmosphere and tons of food choices. All you can eat menu with three salad bars. Many meat choices. Plan to take your time.

Excellent experience! The service and meat carvers were great and entertaining. Drink refills kept coming and the food was delicious. The salad bar was top notch and you could spend your whole time there if you wish. The manager was very personable and made sure we were well taken care of.

Service is great. Employees are attentive and polite. Low stars because food is below average at salad bar. The meat usually taste well. Desserts are yummy. I think it's a little over priced only because most of the food isn't very good at the salad bar. Average cost is about $170 for a table of 4 (1 child 11, one child 13, 17 and adult)

Tucano's was amazing. I have never tried so many wonderful types of meat in my life and the pineapple is to die for. I would highly recommend to anyone who loves meat and great food.

We enjoy going to Brazilian steakhouses and decided to give this one a try. Overall we felt like the steak options were sub par compared to others. It was nice they had more seafood options but to me if you're going to a steakhouse you want lots of steak options and I think we had like 4. The service was great and staff was kind. For the price it is an option if you want to try a Brazilian steakhouse but the other chains I would say have better food options.

You decided to come here for the very first time to celebrate my brother's birthday. We unfortunately showed up pretty late around 8:30 and felt bad because we had a large party. No one treated us bad for coming in late or snickered at us or anything, our waitress Rachel was amazing and treated us so well! The food was amazing. And so were the drinks. We will definitely be coming back here again.
