Customer Review Summary

The Rabbit Hole offers a fun and adventurous dining experience with a whimsical Alice in Wonderland theme. Reviews highlight great service and a cool atmosphere, although noise levels can be high due to large groups. Food received mixed reviews; while many found it delicious, some felt certain dishes, like the mac and cheese, were overly salty. Cocktails, including the signature drink and unique mocktails, are particularly praised. Vegan options are delicious and popular among patrons. The decor is charming, but some felt the vibe did not fully capture the expected whimsical charm. Our first time experiencing The Rabbit Hole did not disapoint! Husband made reservations for our wedding anniversary and surprised me and I can say it was certainly a fun adventure! Food was great, server was great, atmosphere was cool. Only downside was we were seated right next to the large group tables and it was very loud. We could barely hear each other speak across the table without shouting. Also, the restrooms are an adventure to find. Up the stairs, to the right, to the left, down the rabbit hole!! Overall, very fun and tasty experience!

The service and atmosphere were great. We had the fish and ribeye steak which i would say we're good, I got a side of the mac and cheese which if I had to do agian I would get it without the bacon it was overpowering and made it salty. Not sure i would return based on the food alone.

It took me two years to finally pay a visit but I finally did it, and I can’t say anything negative. Disclaimer: if you come there to celebrate an occasion, they wouldn’t care. You won’t get freebies. We didn’t expect anything and weren’t disappointed. First of all, their staff is great. They were very attentive to my request to get seated somewhere with less heavier traffic and offered us a perfect spot. They were quick to serve and clean, unobtrusive and sweet to talk to. Second, the food. It was much better than expected. Initially, we were skeptical about the meat and cheese board based on the reviews but it was great. I would say a bit scarce but definitely delicious. Gosh, the goat cranberry cheese! I don’t even eat goat cheese but I consumed all of it. Both rabbit meatloaf and steak were delicious and well made. The portions were hearty. I just wish they offered a bit more veggies or something to balance the sweetness of the meatloaf instead of carrots but I still enjoyed it a lot. Carrot cake was nice; nothing special but nice. We didn’t get any alcohol but they have a nice selection of mocktails, too. Some of them were too sweet for our taste but I would assume they could tweak it a bit if we asked. My only pet peeve was their coffee. That’s what you get if you accidentally pour water in a cup with a bit of coffee leftovers. Very watery and barely had any taste. Both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee were the same. They top it off for you with no extra charge though, so at least you don’t have to pay more for it but I’d seriously recommend to improve it. Third, the atmosphere paired with the service is definitely worth visiting. We liked the decor and the secluded feeling of our seating. I would come there again for a special occasion and to give a try to their moon pie.

This place has a really fun Alice in wonderland theme with an interesting history. Really fun drinks too. I recently decided to try this place again after not having liked the food in the past and I was pleasantly surprised to see an updated menu and the food was much better so this will be a place I visit again in the future. This time I had a wedge salad which was yummy and the meatloaf which was decent.

Food, good. Drinks, good. Vegan options, absolutely! What more do you need? The rabbit hole is absolutely amazing. I had the tofu hash and it was probably the best vegan meal I’ve had in a while. All the ingredients and flavors worked so well together that every bite was delicious, now that’s hard to make. The white rabbit cocktail is the perfect drink for someone who wants to drink, but doesn’t like the straight up alcohol taste and if you eat the marshmallow, you’ll start to feel a little something, something lol. Great place, attentive and friendly staff, just all around good. I’m still dreaming about that tofu hash and hope they don’t take it off the menu. Highly, highly recommend. My biggest regret was not going sooner!

Lovely place! Good food, excellent drinks, mild vibe, quiet music, nice and warm inside. I will say that I think the stand out part of The Rabbit Hole is their cocktails! I loved the Petal Potion and their signature cocktail! Our group tried the crispy risotto cakes, the bison lettuce wraps, the chicken cordon bleu, and the truffle mac and cheese. All were yummy! Good balance of flavors and pretty reasonable portion sizes. A little sad about the vibe. The music was a lot of 90’s stuff and while there was cool art and the place did have surprising rooms and was all below street level it just didn’t quite manage the fun Alice in Wonderland vibe I had expected which is the reason for the 4 stars.

The staff could not be nicer. Our waiter was amazing. The food,,,,SO good, and even lots of vegan options that were actually tasty! The cocktails, like the White Rabbit, are pretty and yummy. On the White Rabbit one, the waiter even sets fire to the marshmallow right at your table! This is now a family must do for us.
