Joseph's Fine Dining is a jewel! First time dining there and what an Amazing experience. The atmosphere is calm and romantic, the staff is attentive and kind and the food was absolutely delicious. My husband had the peppercorn steak and I had the scallop and lobster tortellini. Everything was fresh and wonderful. Will definitely be dining there again. P.S. try the lemon berry marscapone cake!!

We gobbled down the Red Idaho Trout and Chilean Seabass so quickly, they couldn’t be photographed. Trust me: divine. Chef Joseph himself was kind enough to prepare the Bananas Foster, and was it ever delicious. Huge selection of mouth-watering entrees, appetizers, cocktails, and wine. Highly recommend!

I have been frequenting Joesphs Fine dining for over ten years and love this restaurant! Amazing food with top notch service. Hands down my favorite fine dining in Colorado Springs! When my family and I want to celebrate or eat an extravagant meal we go to Joesphs! Edit; coming here for 15 years and counting! Went the other night for our anniversary and it was amazing

Not as advertised: Joseph's "fine" dining and "Chef" Joseph needs improvement. The place is a bit of a comical joke and a perfect candidate for kitchen nightmares. I suspect they are barely hanging on by a thread as I'm sure they have zero return customers. If you are going to advertise yourself as fine dining, than that is the level you should be pumping out in the kitchen. First off, their prices listed online on their site are completely different when you get to the restaurant so they can price gouge the hell out of you on a date. The bread, lamb chops, and ambiance was good, but that is about it. Chairs are quite uncomfortable and they have no booths. The carpet is beyond disgusting and needs to be cleaned/ replaced immediately. I've never seen carpet as black, dirty as theirs. The 'crab' stuffed mushrooms were not worth much. They tasted like canned tuna fish with mayo mixed in them =/ We ordered a crab/ lobster tortellini for $50 and the pasta was certainly not fresh made, nor was the seafood actually made into the pasta. Also, the lobster was tough / chewy because it wasn't fresh. Lamb chops were actually quite tasty but the side fixings were cheap garbage. Baby carrots and under cooked asparagus are not fine dining. The sauce for the lamb literally tasted like A1 steak sauce with some red wine reduction added. Of course we didn't get dessert (bill was already pushing $200 for 2 people). I'm assuming this place is bankrupt because no one is going to return to pay this much for food that is literally better at most any brewery, red lobster, TX roadhouse, etc. Good luck to this restaurant.

The most underrated restaurant in CO springs!! We have very high standards being from the south and used to great cuisine and this restaurant delivers every time with all their dishes we have tried. Authentic and family owned. Highly recommend!!

This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had eating out. I was in from out of town, decided to treat myself for my birthday. I had the Famous Pepper Steak Flambe' and the caprese salad. Both were excellent, the steak was the best steak I have ever tasted, I believe my waiter was the owner. He was so attentive, he chatted with me for a bit, told him I was in town for work but chose to celebrate my birthday. After dinner, both his wife (I believe) and him came and brought me a chocolate cake and wished me a Happy Birthday, complete with a lit candle. I was the last one in the restaurant they never pressured me to leave, just let me enjoy. The owner hugged me as I left. I had tears in my eyes when I walked out. I have never had an experience like this, I felt like family. Thank you both. It was really wonderful! 🥰

The food here is absolutely amazing start it out with hot fresh homemade bread and had a bowl of scrumptious lobster bisque. My lamb was cooked to perfection and my meal was topped off with creme brulee. All the stuff there was so friendly and the place was immaculate all the way down to the bathrooms. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody
