Customer Review Summary
Food quality is praised, with perfectly cooked steaks and ribs. Carrot soufflé, carrot cake, and Dirty Blue Martini are recommended. Service is noted as attentive, but long wait times for seating and food are common complaints. Some guests experienced issues with portion sizes, slow service, and food quality, especially with salads. Loud bar area detracted from the experience for some. Overall, there are mixed experiences, with highlights on food and service, but concerns about wait times and consistency.

The food was cooked to perfection- our steaks were medium-rare, and the meat on the ribs fell off the bone. We highly recommend the carrot soufflé as a side. We will be back again. Our server, Robert was very attentive with great suggestions. We also liked the spinach dip appetizer. For dessert, we shared the crème brûlée, which was the perfect end to our meal. The only complaint was how loud it was in the bar area when they tried to seat us at a table right by the kitchen - we decided to wait for a different table. Even though we had a reservation, it took over 30 minutes to be seated & quite a while to receive food, but we knew that by reading other reviews. If you can, sit in the dining area where it is quieter, away from the kitchen.

Everything about the Colorado Rib and Chop House was incredible. The appetizers were scrumptious. The Dirty Blue Martini was absolute perfection. The stakes were cooked to perfection with flavor in every bite. Watch the horseradish it bites back. Make sure to save room for carrot cake. All of this deliciousness could not be complete without the amazing kind, and attentive staff. This was our first trip here but won't be our last.

We made reservations for our group of 31 people tonight. They seated us all in the same section and gave us a condensed menu to help us all get our meals in a timely fashion. The food was nothing short of amazing. The waiters did a great job making sure we were all taken care of and our drinks never got low. Everyone was served their meals within about 10 minutes of each other, and again, the food was amazing. When they ask you if you want the special lobster topping on your filet, SAY YES.

We went here to celebrate a friend's new job, and we bought him the biggest steak they had. His steak was good, but his sides were ridiculously small for an $80 steak. My ribs were the smallest I've ever seen. I think they must cut their rack in half. (see picture). Service was extremely slow. Disappointed but still happy for my friend. Thanks for treating him to a free dessert.👍🙂

Overall a pretty meh experience. We had a very large group but the food took literally 2 hours to come to us. My burger was okay but nothing to write home about. My friends filet mignon wasn’t very good. I also thought it was a tad overpriced.

First time trying this place. We should’ve known when we walked in and it was dead as a door nail and it’s the weekend . Cold bland atmosphere. Was seated at a broken table. We moved ourselves. Flat soda right off the bat. Waitress, Susan, was nice but very unsure and unconfident in the menu. We were ready to order so when she FINALLY came back she told us, “ sorry for the delay. The bread is still frozen and I was trying to get it thawed out.” We ordered and it took a while for our Caesar salad to come out. But when it did…. 🤮 it was dry af as far as the dressing goes, old wilted lettuce and had an odd taste. We took a few bites and waited for our waitress so we could let her know. She took too damn long. The bread never came out . We left. For the price we were expecting great service and even better food. We won’t be back. The first Caesar salad picture is theirs and the second one is from longhorn steakhouse where we went right afterwards. Their Caesar salad was crisp, well-dressed and tasted as it should.

1st dine in experience we waited 30mins to have our order taken then an additional 45-1hr to receive our food. We tried carry out this evening. Our order was missing the gumbo bowl and the medium rare steak we ordered was well-done and burnt. Will not try again.

I come every in every few months for the Coty, and I’ll tell ya this place is on fire. David H, best server I’ve had here in a very long time. Great suggestions, great convo and hands down the best steak in town. Will be back soon and hope to get David H again!
