Perfectly flavored meat, tender and juicy. Loved it. Sides were rich too. Carrots, Corns, Potatoes, all went very well with the meat.

After a day of driving through the mountains above Santa Cruz, I was hanging out for a burger. I was staying at the Fairmont, and just couldn’t bring myself to pay $34 for just the burger. 😳. So I walked two minutes to Osso and it was absolutely fantastic. The service was exceptional, the hamburger was great – as were the crabcakes. They did half bottles of wine for a reasonable price ($39 for a French GSM) and to top it all off their dirty martini used four pillars olive gin. What more could you want? Can’t recommend it highly enough – go there.

the octopus was ok, filet was a bit overlooked for medium rare and cheese bread is great. a bit overpriced though

Very disappointing. Only good thing was the bar, Charles was excellent. My steak was over cooked, I had asked for medium rare and got medium, a good steakhouse never overcooks a steak. Our waiter was mediocre at best, we had to ask for bread, which didn't arrive before or with the appetizers, but not until our steaks did. For the prices, and based on the reviews, I had expected much better food & service. While the decor was nice, the clientele were all loud business men. Not the quiet, romantic place I'd hoped for, for our anniversary dinner.

Came here for Father’s Day and arrived 15 minutes early. Was seated right away and already received immense hospitality by our waiter Richard. He made the experience great. All the food here was amazing from the petit filet mignon to the king salmon and even the steak stripes. All were made to perfection. The spinach side did have a little too much butter but other than that everything was great. Ended the night off with two desserts the New York cheesecake and the Chocolate Hazelnut cake. Both were amazing and the perfect sweetness

This restaurant is amazing. Beautifully decorated, amazing food, and a great wait staff. I went here for a meal with fellow co-workers and the entire experience was amazing. The cheesy bread was to die for, the calamari was top notch, the French onion soup was delicious, and all the sides were perfect, especially, believe it or not, the carrots. I ordered the bone in ribeye, which was expensive but well worth every penny. If I'm going to spend $90 on a steak, it better be the best steak I've ever had and it absolutely was. I will forever compare any steak I've ever had to this one. If you are in San Francisco, you need splurge and to go to those restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

Date night with my husband could not be more perfect. The restaurant is not in plane sight so it felt like a private affair. My husband had the NY Strip and I had the bone in Ribeye with creaming spinach. We shared the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese which were delicious. Key Lime tart and carrot cake rounded out the meal. The carrot cake is truly exceptional. If this restaurant was down the street from me I would be a regular. I highly recommend.
