AMAZING!! Such a beautiful remodel-feels so regal! Service is always great from start to finish. Drinks are on point! And the food is just frickin delicious!!! Do not miss out on the seafood (the halibut-couldn’t stop to take a photo-might be my current fave) or dessert! Pro tip: Free parking along Fillmore starting at Chestnut and ending at the marina

Had dinner the other night and we loved everything about Izzy’s. We ordered the steak, creamed spinach, potatoes, iceberg salad and a couple of martinis. Food was divine but what I loved the most was the ambience. It’s a great place to book a date or bring out of town guests. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Couldn’t be more ecstatic to have Izzy‘s back and better than ever. The new design was done thoughtfully, purposefully, and while the restaurant has a beautiful modern facelift, no element of its old-school charm or atmosphere were compromised. This remains one of the best restaurants in the city.

We visited the newly reopened Izzy's and had a great time. Eddie greeted us warmly when we arrived just before our reservation time. I had just enough time to order cocktails at the bar before being seated at our table. The bacon washed old fashioned was delicious. My bride had a perfect negroni. Ginger was our server and she made sure we had a great time. She made us feel special even though she was extremely busy. For dinner we shared everything starting with the cudo, and wedge salad. On to the ribeye (done medium rare with au poivre and a side of horse radish) Izzy's potatoes and Izzy's creamed spinach. Izzy's of old, you could share the creamed spinach, but I would recommend each ordering your own. The potatoes were not as big of a portion as before, but still large enough to share. We finished the night with cronuts for dessert. This was the surprise highlight. For day 3 (Valentine's day) since the official re-opening they really didn't miss a beat. Be sure to have a reservation. Tables set aside for walk-ins are hard to get right now.

Excellent Remodel! Food is great as always, the new branding is pretty fun and feels authentic to the character. Get the skirt steak. I’ve been coming here for a decade, and im a tough critic but they exceeded my expectations with their re-opening.

I had a fabulous evening with friends who were visibly from out of town. Camilla our server was attentive and accommodating went above and beyond to make sure our guests had an unforgettable experience at Izzy’s. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the Sidney spritz was a hit and the drunken prawns were an unexpected crowd pleaser. We can’t wait to go back. Word!

Called in at 4 pm requested reservation for 6 pm. Arrived at 5:30. Host said no record of our request and said 1 hr wait. We were very upset but said ok Host would text when table ready. Got a text re table at 8!! 2 1/2 hour later!! R u kidding??!!! Of course they can shove it you know where. We drove 3 hrs. Got a hotel room. We came only because Izzy reopened and we had previously enjoyed many dinners in the past. So very disappointed and angry at the unprofessional way we were treated.
