Applebee's Grill + Bar

Frist , the food was fantastic and freshly made. I always enjoyed my visits to Applebee's. Secondly, the service is always just the bare minimum. I only saw my server when the order was taken and the food was delivered. Finally, the restrooms need a commercial cleaning. It looks like they only sweep and lightly wipe ever now and then.

This is some of the best food that I’ve ever eaten at Applebee’s and up there with my top three restaurants. I ordered the grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The food was delicious one of the best meal I have eaten at any restaurant. Shout out to the chef. 🔥

The dining experience at Applebee's was pretty good. I had the Classic Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Pasta and it was really good. The location was nice as it is near the bay and has a nice view looking put. The service was good, and my only gripe was that the food was a bit expensive (the pasta was about $20), but that is to be expected. I would recommend visiting this place.

Came to have lunch. We were seated and served after the people that came in after us. The place is pretty empty, and yet it is too forever for someone to even offer us a drink. To add salt to injury, the place just opened, yet the restrooms were disgusting. The health board need to make their way down there. DISGUSTING! no good customer service at all.

Went here because we were down at the warf for New Year's Eve 2024 and needless to say it was crowded. Still my daughter was able to get are names on the list to be seated. That never happened as the manager removed are names from the list, when confronted they seated us but did not serve us, as we noticed people seated after us got serviced immediately. We ask for service and after a short time they sent a very embarrassed young man (same nationality as us) to our table. We ask for the manager, My daughter voiced our displeasure and we chose to leave. As my daughter said our money is just as good as anyone's else that night. They just did not want to serve us. I have had this happen in other establishments in California, when the staff is predominantly Latino. I have no clue why that is. Of course we will never return to Applebee's, Happy New Year.

But yes the potatoes tasted good Service was slow. The servers were little lost in their own worlds. The food was fine. The double-deal was great… having group of 6 it really made a difference from the cost point of view. Normal prices were quite high so that was a good deal. Service was really good and the views are great (G G and the rock).
