Customer Review Summary
Service is noted as friendly and efficient, with many positive comments about the staff. Food quality is mixed; some diners enjoyed the steaks and fried pickles, while others found the ribs overcooked and meats too dry. Rolls served with cinnamon butter received praise, but some items like cheese balls were considered too salty. The menu is described as typical for a casual steakhouse, with particular recommendations for the sirloin and loaded mashed potatoes. Atmosphere can be loud, making conversation difficult, especially during busy times. Overall, the restaurant is seen as a mid-priced option with good portions, though some patrons had issues with undercooked steaks. Repeat visits are likely for many due to positive experiences with both the food and service.

Service was friendly. But the food, Not great but it’s what you’d expect for this steakhouse. Steak wasn’t chewy as expected which was nice. Ribs overcooked and need some work. Most of the meats in the group said it was too dry. The best items on the table were the green beans and chili. Cheese balls were too salty. Rolls were fluffy and served with a cinnamon butter which would be nice if you like sweet but would be nice to have a savory option.

Great birthday dinner. Really enjoyed the fried pickles the most and I was pleasantly surprised how good the steak was. A little bummed the prime rib was sold out but will definitely be back again in the future.

The menu options here are exactly what you'd expect for a casual steakhouse like this; steaks, burgers, ribs, etc. What you won't expect is that you'll find yourself coming back monthly for their 16oz sirloin with onions and mushrooms. There's sometimes a wait at dinner time, especially on the weekend, but the Parkway Plaza Mall is directly next door so you can do a little shopping while you wait for your table. Try the loaded mashed potatoes.

Valentine's ❤️ was a very Busy night for the Roadhouse. Wait time for table 10-15 min Service was 👍, drink's served right away, food took little longer... workers are Efficient saw teamwork... Manager stopped by to check on us and everything was good 👍 Music was very Loud, made conversation difficult. Same Songs played over and over. Felt more like a Night Club!

This is place is amazing for the a mid priced local steak house! The service is great and that’s rare these days! The food was good with big portions and priced fair!

We have been to the Oceanside chain before, but this is our first visit to this restaurant. The employees are friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious.
