Our server was amazing and so is the rest of the staff. The food was delicious however, since it was Valentine’s Day weekend, they had a limited menu so I didn’t have the choices I was looking forward to having. There were only a couple protein items to choose and only two starters on the menu. The wine list they gave us only had by the wine by the glass and not the bottle however, by the end of our meal we noticed that the table next to us got a different menu for the wine selection was able to get a bottle. I assume they were regulars a knew what to asked for We had an enjoyable time just was a little bit, disappointed on the selection choices when I had my heart set on a few things from the menu online.

We were so excited to try this place after being recommended for our anniversary dinner. Unfortunately, we could not give this restaurant more than 3 stars at best. Service was wonderful which definitely saved our experience. They had live music which is always appreciated and our waiter, Dennis, was attentive and very accommodating. The food however, failed to deliver a memorable experience, which is heartbreaking to say considering we spent over $400 for our meal. I got the filet, and while the temp was cooked as requested, it was not tender and melt in your mouth as a filet should be. It also lacked flavor. My husband went with the lamb chops which had to be sent back because they were delivered completely RAW. And I mean RAW. Our waiter was gracious about it and we truly felt bad because we never send food back. But they were quite literally inedible. Even more disappointing than the food however, was when I walked passed the open kitchen to the bathroom. Both areas filthy, grungy, rundown, which was a huge turn off. I wish more restaurants understood that a customer can tell A LOT about their establishment by the cleanliness of their restrooms. It was sad to see the kitchen was not occupied with proud bustling chef’s, but rather sad line cooks, with one scrolling on their phone at the prep counter, one who shot dirty looks at me, and the other who boarder line cat called at me. Ew. Sadly, as wonderful as the service was, we will spend our money elsewhere next time and will not be recommending Greystone Prime to others.

Delicious steaks and pastas. Mac & Cheese was yummy and extra cheesy. Everything on the menu is worth trying. Filling and not over done. My friends and I were all satisfied with our meals!

From the moment I strolled by this quaint establishment in the heart of the gaslamp, Kyla and Maria were first to greet and welcome me in for a nice happy hour. Tommy/ Frenchie aka Dan, my servers, were on point with all of the food that chef, Israel, was preparing and Priscilla was the best in making the best drinks. Jenny/ Sarah, the “Captains”, made sure every single detail was addressed and that the restaurant was in tip top shape. Will definitely come back and forgot to mention that Chef Cheng is a true master!!!! Pro Tip: come on and get the NY Strip for happy hour. The best and value was amazing!!!

Oh my god! i can’t even begin to tell you how amazing this place was! The service to food to atmosphere?! The entire place was a vibe. The food was amazing. I ordered the gnocchi and my partner order the filet mignon. The steak came out so juicy and the service was fast. 11/10. Our server Frenchie, was so awesome! He was very knowledgeable about what to recommend to our taste and even kept stuffing us with bread! I’m telling you this is a must visit place if you’re in the area!

We came to check out the heated dog friendly patio and were not disappointed. Large patio had lots of heaters and staff was very friendly with our husky! Food was very good - I came craving streak and the bone in ribeye was tender and perfectly cooked. It paired nicely with the baked potato and mac and cheese. The staff was so nice about us having a dog with us and even brought him treats. At the end they sent us home with a tomahawk bone for the pup!! Frenchie was so great about explaining the menu and double checking a few things for us. We will definitely be back!

Joe was an amazing server, and the steak was cooked to perfection. We ordered the fries, wedge salad, Brussels and steak and it was all very good. Also, one of the best espresso martinis in SD!
