Customer Review Summary
Mixed reviews for Logan's Roadhouse highlight both positive and negative experiences. Some reviewers praised the food, such as the rolls, Long Island iced tea, and specific dishes like the All American burger and brisket sliders, noting that they were delicious and satisfying. Service also received commendations for attentiveness and friendliness, particularly from a waiter named Ricky Bobby. However, there were significant complaints about the quality of the steak, with multiple diners describing it as tough or of poor quality, leading to disappointment. The ambiance seemed to be a factor for some, with mentions of wait times and the restaurant being busy, particularly on occasions like Valentine's Day. Overall, while some enjoyed their experience and would return, others recommended alternatives, suggesting that Logan's might not consistently meet expectations.

The steak was so tough. It was supposed to be a ribeye but it cut like a ny strip. The ranch was gross. Too expensive. I should’ve known when I got to this place and there was nobody there. The rolls were good. The Long Island iced tea was good. Do yourself a favor. Just go to Texas roadhouse instead way better and cheaper.

Took a while to greet us and get our drinks but the server made up for it by checking in and being available. Food was delicious.

Food was good. The rolls changed a bit I think, or maybe I just have more self control than I used to. The price was actually pretty good, 2 steak meals and a kids meal for a little more than I’d pay at a fast food. Our Waiter Ricky Bobby was great, friendly, quick and offered great suggestions (still regret not listening to him, I bet the prime rib is good). Overall Logan’s stays solid and didn’t disappoint.

My first time here, just walked in starving and left absolutely satisfied! They welcomed me with a nice fresh bread and butter, lovely. I ordered an All American burger, came with delicious crispy fries. Highly recommended.

But when the dude mentioned Lohan's Roadhouse ...Man-O-Man was I all in! I've been wanting to go to Logan's for a long time and being in Sactown with no nothing better to do than eat gave me the perfect excuse to snag a couple of their famous filet mignon steaks! That's right Pilgrim...When I want a filet mignon I always order two, because nothing beats a filet mignon sandwich the next day! 5 stars for Logan's Roadhouse! ☆☆☆☆☆

My colleague and I had a nice dinner here. The waitress took a good care of us and was very attentive. We both got steaks. They did arrive at the right temperature, and were very flavorful. Unfortunately, the quality of meat is not very good and big part of my New York steak was very veiny. The restaurant has a large dinning area and full bar, large menu. Each meal comes with two sides. Overall, a good experience. Just wish the quality of meat was better

This was my first time being there and the place looked very decent. The restaurant was busy and every table wasn't available so me and my lady had to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes until we had a table ready for us plus it was on Valentine's Day that Tuesday night. The hostess was very polite and was able to help to get a table for us. The server was polite and professional and assisted us to take our order. The food and the drinks look very good and tasty as well. So I will give it two thumbs up for this wonderful evening.

The brisket sliders are delicious. Paired with a baked potato and their delicious rolls, it was a nice lunch.
