The servers were great and very attentive. I loved the breakfast potatoes and toast, but DO NOT get the Italian Omelet. I was raised to always finish my food, but even I barely got halfway through this omelet. It is likely due to cheap ingredients as the mushrooms were chewy and almost as overpowering as the greasy peperoni. Don't know why I ordered it, but loved the servers

This place was a welcomed experience for a late dinner. The atmosphere with fireplaces and bar grill was warm and cozy. Our host was so sweet and attentive to our table. The presentation of the food was beautifully plated. The attention to pouring hot water into a coffee cup to warm our hands on a cold night was appreciated.

The food was amazing. The server was courteous and quick. The prices were worth it! Good Customer Service Is rare so it was so nice to actually be able to enjoy the evening with the correct order that was served at the temp it should be and feel appreciated for spending money!!!

Ordered the Mac & cheese with chicken. It was delicious. The beacon and crispy unions made it even better. The server was great too. She called my room to make sure I was happy with my meal.

Service was super slow. Food tasted good. Drinks were ok but a bit watery - however, 45 bucks plus tip was way too expensive for two small plates of food and the horrible service. When I spoke to the front desk about it, they acted like sorry, but not sorry.

Harvard Grille lunch. Server Jer was really awesome and Mediterranean Salad with Steak was amazing...fresh and big portion! Compliments to the Chef on 21 March. Surprising quality, esp. for a hotel restaurant!
