My entire experience was 6/5 stars! After reading some of the recent reviews, I was a little skeptical on trying this place out due to price but I’m so glad I did. I’m not even sure where to begin. Everyone was personable, friendly and made sure everything was up to satisfaction. The Caipirinha was delicious and not overly sweet. The server (sorry if there’s a different name for them) who brought the meats to the table was professional and tailored my experience by asking preferences in meat temperatures. Then did not miss with my preference! He informed me they make their sausage in house and the beef one was so delicious. I’ve traveled a lot recently for work and by far this place has set my new standard for service and food quality.

This place is a paradise for anyone who loves meat. The endless selection of perfectly cooked cuts, brought straight to your table, is unmatched. Every bite is tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The staff keeps the skewers coming, and the quality is top-tier. If you’re a true carnivore, this is where you need to be. Five stars without hesitation.

We come to Sacramento for medical appointments and this time our daughter asked for steak. We Googled and found “Fogo de Minas Brazilian Steakhouse”. The meat is nicely done. The food is delicious. Service is super friendly and efficient. Excellent Brazilian steakhouse.

In many ways, the work of a critic is easy. We risk very little, yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and their selves to our judgment. We thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and to read. But the bitter truth we critics must face is that, in the grand scheme of things, the average piece of junk is probably more meaningful than our criticism designating it so. But there are times when a critic truly risks something, and that is in the discovery and defense of the new. The world is often unkind to new talent, new creations. The new needs friends. Last night, I experienced something new, an extraordinary meal from a singularly unexpected source. To say that both the meal and its maker have challenged my preconceptions about fine cooking is a gross understatement. They have rocked me to my core. In the past, I have made no secret of my disdain for Chef Minas famous motto: "Anyone can cook." But I realize, only now do I truly understand what she meant. Not everyone can become a great artist, but a great artist can come from anywhere. It is difficult to imagine more humble origins than those of the genius now cooking at Minas, who is, in this critic's opinion, nothing less than the finest chef in Sacramento to Fresno. I will be returning to Fogo De Minas soon, hungry for more!

This was our first time and it was an absolutely awesome experience. The service was beyond excellent. The food was great just wished they had more selection options when meats were coming out. The pineapple was worth the wait. The passion fruit mousse was incredible a must have when you go. My wife and I will definitely be coming back.

I love this restaurant the food is amazing and the service wow this is my favorite restaurant of all. The only thing I did not like was that I was part of the group that was there and saw this lady which I think was the host, running without attending us and left us hanging by the door. There was a gentleman who was kind enough to guide us towards our table and made our stay there great I believe his name was Isaac such a lovely and tall gentleman. I love how he started communicating with everybody to clean the tables, to organice our reservation table, I just love the great service he and the staffs gave us also this lovely lady Brenda I believe that’s her name. I surely will be coming back to this amazing restaurant.

It’s been while that I don’t eat a nice steak out. The picanha and the pork ribs were amazing and Leandro was above and beyond such a great energy and suggestion. The restaurant is lucky to have him around.
