Sizzler

7 of us went to commemorate a family member. Everyone was happy with their order: it was correct, cooked right, and tasted good! The cost averaged out to $20 a person, not including a 20% tip. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The server was great at anticipating our wants, and quite helpful. We toasted our missing family member and had an enjoyable time! The only downside was the chill factor outside, and Sizzler had nothing to do with that! A good time was had by all.

Wanting to have some lunch, me and my wife we decided to go. We ordered just a salad bar and sat down with our drinks. Normally, a great establishment would have a server who will come by, introduce themselves, and ask to start off with some cheese bread... if we need anything else...provide great service. We only saw ONE server this day... and there was nothing. NO introduction, NO conversation, NO refills.... I mean... my wife finished her sprite faster than me, and that cup was left EMPTY for the whole hour we were there! He just passed us multiple times and served other customers. I eventually spoke with the manager and advised them to hire staff who have some great customer service skills. Will not be going to this establishment....

The food is great and the servers are even better. I come here with my family, often lately. The food is plentiful. The drink is water (that’s by choice). The the ladies who get dishes from the tables do a great job and always deserve a good tip.

This location has good food and service. The salad bar offers many different items to choose from tacos, spaghetti & meat, chicken wings, and soups. Get there early as it gets crowded lunch times and weekends.

We ordered rib-eye and New York steaks plus salad buffet. Great steaks and good varieties of salad. Included fired chicken wings, meatball spaghetti, soups, tortillas, ground beef tacos and ice cream

Went out to eat yesterday food and waitress were amazing but the manager looked a little rough was rude and very loud. She had a very hostile personality. She came to the table just to yell and us after assuming we all were going to eat from the salad bar. I didnt know it was wrong to get two soups at a time. She needs to be tested for drugs. Not a great impression. Horrible manager and will not be returning to this location after so many years. Please

I have been here 4 times already and the experience has been "okay" but this last time it was "great" with the outstanding service we received from Eric. He was exceptional! He stopped by our table at least 4 times to check on our drinks, napkins, cheese bread, any extra condiments, the food, etc. I was very impressed, other times I need to call the server for a refill but not this time. I will be coming again.

This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s hygiene standards. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, their response felt dismissive, and no real effort was made to resolve the issue. On top of that, the service was slow, and the overall cleanliness of the dining area was lacking. For the price, I expected much better. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this location.
