I ordered a prime rib sandwich, it was so tender, grilled onions and mushrooms, provolone cheese, served with a side of French onion au jus. It was outstanding. It wasn’t salty. It was just perfect along with the potato soup, that was amazing. “The customer service is exceptional”. All the servers have outstanding peoples skills they are very service oriented. I was surprised how good the food and the service was, the bathrooms were very clean and smelled nice. “Luis manager was super nice and friendly” Great service!!

Our server was Fernando, his customer service was superb. I will certainly be back another Monday to see him. The manager Luis really made the experience welcoming and warming. I’ve been here numerous of times but not while they were present. This is by far the best experience that I have had here. Thanks again, I will see you again soon.

Delicious dinner. The service was great. Our server timed our meal perfectly. Our main dish came out just as I was finishing my salad. My kids loved their dinner. Can’t wait to come back.

Had lunch with a friend and we both enjoyed our meal. We had ribs, the onion flower, salad, a loaded baked potato and cheesecake. I got full so fast I had to take it all home and ate it for dinner. I forget the name of the cocktail we had but it was really good too. Our waitress Jade was very nice and accommodating.

It's always good at Outback! Had great service from Cassidy, she was cheerful and helpful always had a smile. Started off with the blooming petals (off menu) better when you have a craving but don't want to order a whole blooming onion! The rest of dinner was good as usual, very consistently good. Miss the old Australian fun decor, it's a little more generic nowadays, but we're here for the food! Thanks Outback!

Came here for my 40th birthday with my mom and son. The Lakewood location is nicely renovated and looks really nice. The food was excellent, manager professional and our server Sierra was a delight. 5 star treatment, refills galore and friendliness all around! I recommend the Lobster Mac. Our new go-to neighborhood spot!

Can’t say enough about this place Outback! From the Manager(Apollo) to the server(Cassidy), they are all just great!! Food is hot, drinks are fresh!! 5 Stars!!!
