House of Taco

I was trying to hold off from doing this review but it’s almost two weeks now and I have not been able to speak with the manager. Please note, this is a one time bad experience. All my other times have been great. Two weeks ago I ordered a shrimp burrito, got home, but into it and realized it was not shrimp it was turkey. It’s been 5 years since I’ve eaten meat, I am a pescatarian. I called immediately panicking because the last time I was served meat by accident I had to stay in the house for two days. I call and the girl that works at the cashier answers, I tell her what happened and she for some reason had a “tone” she then says with an attitude” we can remake it for you that all I can do” I said “well damn can you at least accommodate a drink or something” she says “no, I can just remake it” there was no apology or “hey sorry about that…” no compassion. by this time now ibhave an attitude! So I go up there with the meal and I say “you know if the roles were reversed I would’ve made sure the customer was okay and offer a drink or refund something. " she the says " why would I do that, you the one with the attitude"… i asked for the owners name and number she then tell me he will be here on monday at 9. I then asked for her name and she says "im not giving it to you". That my stomach was turning in the bathroom on and off until the next day. Ii came around 9:30 that monday not there, not there. Came two days later she says he will be here at 11, not there. By this time I feel like shes playing with me! Ive been calling and they never answer and i called today and Jose is not there. Been going there for years, my dad use to work at the original King fish thats no longer there. Never had an issue with this place or her until this day. I have not been back since.

The customer service here is always great. I enjoyed my food here this time. This will make me come back again. Also it was ready quicker than usual. Even my children enjoyed the food and they are super picky.

This was my family's 1st experience... ordered online. Google took the # off website so I couldn't confirm anything until i arrived... It worked out effortlessly... the young lady at the counter needed to confirm hard shell or soft and I was out in minutes! Everything was really good. We did take out for taco Tuesday. We tried Shrimp...fish...chicken...ground beef... hard shell. Service was fast so dont let the line out the door detour you.

Delicious food, friendly staff, what more can you ask for? We came all the way from Toronto and tried a bunch of different Mexican restaurants in LA, and this was one of the best!

2 crunchy al pastor tacos on discount for Taco Tuesday Meat was hot, juicy and flavorful with the shell having a great crunch. They said 5 minutes and they weren't kidding! Will definitely come back on another Tuesday

I like to leave detailed Google reviews so that you can experience it from 1st hand. I arrive at the house of tacos there is plenty of parking. I walk inside and I am immediately smell the aroma a pure goodness. I was greeted by the guy behind the counter I gave him my order I then wanted to add something else to my order the man was very patient being that it was my 1st time at the location. I got 2 steak burritos cut in half I alson ordered 2 tacos as well I then decided that I wanted to get extra condiments in the all of my "pisces" changing mind he was very patient with me. I walked to the dining room area which was separated from where you order. This area here is where you can actually sit down and enjoy your delicious food from house of tacos. My order came out in around 12 minutes I received my order,I ran to the car condiments & all.GOOGLE people!!! Why did I eat both tacos in the car?! I was supposed to bring one to my son!🤦🏽‍♀️ after I finished my tacos 😶😁 I order another one then with my guilt riding self I stop & got a juice from the store like I was a good mom. I would highly recommend the house of tacos
