About 323 Hibachi Grill - steak house in Inglewood, California
Customer Review Summary
Reviews of 323 Hibachi Grill highlight significant dissatisfaction among customers. Many complain about overcooked food, particularly the scallops and meats, which were described as tough and lacking flavor. The quality of ingredients and preparation is often noted as below average, with one reviewer stating the rice was neither fresh nor hot. Customers also expressed frustration with missing sauces, inadequate portion sizes, and misleading prices between online ordering and in-person menus. Several reports of food poisoning linked to shrimp dishes raised serious health concerns. While some praise the freshness and taste of specific meals, the overall sentiment leans heavily towards disappointment and a lack of value for the price. Customer service experiences vary, with a few mentioning friendly staff, but this does not outweigh the negative food reviews. Overall, many reviewers indicated they would not return due to these issues.

🛑🛑🛑🛑🚫🚫🚫🚫Just ordered via door dash. What a waste of my husband’s money!!!!! Ordered a scallop plate and ALL the scallops were over cooked to hard. Had an option for 3 different sauces, and only recieved one. The meal had no salt, no seasoning, and the sauce did not either. If I wasn’t under the weather I would have driven this plate right back to them. We used to order and get decent plates here. Never again they lost me for life. HOW DARE YOU SERVE SUCH A POORLY PUT TOGETHER PLATE AND THEN CHARGE $25???!!! Hell no! I DO NOT RECOMMEND 🚫🚫🚫🚫

The quality has dropped horribly. Price is unjustified completely. You can get a better plate of rice and meat from yoshinoya or Panda express for literally less than half of this, that's how below average this was. The rice was not fresh or even hot for that matter. Both meats I ordered were overcooked and tough, and the veggies were barely cooked, just lightly grilled. No way in hell this is worth 40+! Not to mention, the garlic butter was hard and almost dried out somehow. This was a complete waste of money. No way this is acceptable for premium prices.

I drove 25 minutes to go checkout this place. I ordered the Trio with Fliet Steak, Chicken & Shrimp with steam cooked Rice. Came as a fairly large portion and the spicy mayo they give with it is absolutely delicious.. The whole meal was delicious. They cooked it fresh whilst I waited. It is expensive though so it’s not something you can have frequently. I paid $42 for one portion. The girl that sits in the front of the cart taking orders was friendly.

HEALTH HAZARD!!! 2 of my friends ordered the shrimp from here & have been sick since Sunday. A third one is sick as well. She actually ordered the steak & she was wondering why it tastes like shrimp. So, they cooked it in the same spot after the shrimp without cleaning. It’s Wednesday. They got FOOD POISONING!!! & just so we clear. That’s the only thing they ate on Sunday.

Food was ok, a decent portion but not very flavorful. I ordered on their website, and as you can see by my order ticket, I ordered three sauces for each meal. I picked it up and when I got home, I saw the only sauce I got 2 of was their crack sauce. Only 1 teriyaki, and only 1 butter. And 2 packets of Sriracha I didn't order. And I didn't take anything out of the butter, that was all I got. I dunno, is there a butter shortage or something? If your food depends on the sauces for flavor, maybe you shouldn't shortchange your customers on the sauces they ordered. The second issue I got was their online ordering had prices way higher than their actual prices on their menu. I got 1 entree and 1 combo plate, and paid $10 extra! Plus tax on that $10. This is on their own website, I didn't search for them on Uber eats or anything. This is the website they link to on their insta. And I went and picked it up. What am I paying extra for, a computer to print out a ticket that someone doesn't read and follow? If you like them and want to order ahead, try calling. Don't order online unless you like the feeling of being fleeced. As for me. I'll just not order from here again.

Ordered bogo and they only gave me 1 meal but charged me $75... tried to make a claim to my bank and ig I gotta chuck it up as a loss... 1 plate isn't worth $75. I surely got played but that's ok tricks on them in the end
