This is our go to place for Steaks in Rancho. They have been here for as long as I can remember. Atmosphere and ambience has remained all these years for old steakhouse/western style vibe. Service is good and fast and always ask if you need anything. First time I tried Mushroom skilet, it was quite good.

I decided to have a meal here and was not disappointed. I ordered the chicken teriyaki with sauteed mushrooms with rice pilaf and cole slaw as my sides. The meal was nice and hot, and the bread that came with it was just right, not too soft or too hard. I also ordered the cheesecake ($7.99 at the time I ordered the cheesecake) it was very big and very delicious.

I will drive 45 minutes out of my way to eat here. Food is great service is fantastic. There are TV's now...that's not necessary.

We have a good steak here, and it is comfortable feeling. The waitresses are all great, and we have only sent 1 steak back for more cooking in all the times we come here. 😋 Dinner is always looked forward to when we go to Steer and Stein. Thank you all!

Service was bad drinks for 4 people empty for a while we had ask busser if we could get refill she got server and pointed to our table and the server still took a while to come over. We started to ask for the drinks she put her hand up w attitude and walked away 2 Steaks were raw she took it back brought back out looked weird on top was rubbery still pretty bloody i asked if they microwaved it i swear it tasted that way. She took the 2 steak back immediately brought the bill still charging for the steaks we asked for a manager she walked away went up to cashier to ask for manager weirdest experience Ive had wont be going back

Shared a triple platter with my husband. It was enough for both of us, and it was cooked to perfection. Right temperature. Waitress was friendly and made sure to refill beverages in a timely manner. Great service overall!

Old school steakhouse. Limited menu. Just serves lunch and early dinner hours 2 to 830p. Popular with locals. Huge portions. Sirloin steak cooked well and not much waste. Price reasonable here

Dont go to this place bad attitudes, got my order wrong and my steak was bloody when I asked for well done, the cups were not washed was dirty. And the food is not good like the reviews say. Seems like mashed potatoes is out of a box. Outback steak house is way better. Would not suggest
