Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

My wonderful girlfriend and I celebrated our first year anniversary at Fleming's, and honestly I am so glad we celebrated it here! When we first came for our reservation the hostess and our server congratulated us, which was really nice. On top of that, we were greeted with fresh rose petals on our table along with a cute small sign that said "Happy Anniversary." They even gave us complimentary champagne, which I honestly was not expecting! Our servers Michael and Jace were absolutely fantastic and very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful when we asked questions about the menu. We started with our Drinks which were great! For dinner, we got the Salmon and the Porkchop along with a shareable Lobster Mac and Cheese which was all so delicious and perfectly cooked! We got the Chocolate Lava cake for dessert and they even added a happy anniversary on the dessert plate. Overall, Fleming's was a great place to celebrate our first year of love and I want to thank the staff for going above and beyond to make our anniversary so special!

Fleming's is not a place you go for low quality food or average prices. The food is very high quality and was exceptionally delicious, but it comes with a price tag of a custom Aston Martin. So bring your wallet or your credit limit and indulge. The one weak spot would probably be the bathrooms where there is a lot of hard water crust all over the sink and faucets which honestly is not hard to clean and they should clean that. The service and staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. It's been a while since I've seen such a large crew in a restaurant but on a Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m., the restaurant was fully packed. I had the 16oz dry aged prime steak and it was cooked to perfection and came with an herb horseradish butter. I would prefer that they took a moment to put the butter on while it was still cooking so the butter had a chance to melt, which it did not. Something to consider for the kitchen. But the steak along with the artisan margarita and the various appetizers and sides were delicious, well made, and well presented. Not a place for anyone on a budget, but if you're looking for high quality food at an equally high price tag, you do get what you pay for. Kudos to the chefs, the staff, and the restaurant for a very enjoyable and delicious visit.

The food here is GREAT! On this visit, my daughter and I had our favorite New York Steak, Chicken Breast, and loaded baked potato 🥔 😋 it hit the spot after shopping at the mall. We were sad because they did not serve the King Crab Legs anymore 😫 But overall, it is the best experience. Every time we visit, we are cultivated by the warm welcome, stellar service, and delicious food. What are the chances we had the same server when we came the last time, and she remembered my daughter and I and also the conversation we talked about when we visited a year ago. Speaks volumes. Great upscale place to dine and enjoy family in peace.

The Boss took us here for My Retirement dinner. This was a delicious 😋 Send Off. First off, the Service was excellent... everyone from the Hostesses to the Service was so attentive to detail. The food... Appetizers were amazing to start whetting the appetite. My Dry Aged Prime Ribeye was cooked to excellence to Medium Rare, on the Rare side that I prefer. Baked Potato side dish was soft and fluffy. Crispy outer skin was tasty. I don't drink alcohol when I dine out...the Server...whose name I don't know...kept My coffee ☕ cup filled throughout the meal. I was so impressed with his attentiveness. He was My New Best Friend. I CAN'T wait to go back again !! THANK YOU FLEMING'S for a memorable meal !!!

I was the person who reserved the table, who was having birthday, and who paid the bill, but the waiter seemed to assume my male friend was the primary guest. He only directly interacted with me when taking my order. It was a disappointing experience.

I had hoped for a little bigger and more tasty Tomahawk steak, but it just matched my expectations. Jarrod and another young lady were our servers. They were attentive but busy, and they could only do so much! Despite the fact that our server mixed up our dessert order, everything was great! I thought the dessert was the highlight of the "Tomahawk Tuesday" three-course meal! In order, we enjoyed the Chocolate Lava Cake, Chocolate Gooey Brownie, and Strawberry Butter Cake! Overall, our experience was quite excellent. They packaged the bones for the dogs, and upon our return home, we gave them the bones; they were excited! In addition, I was disappointed as the manager “Michael” had called me to confirm our reservation, and I asked him if they could sing HB, and he told me that they didn’t sing happy birthday, but they brought out the dessert with happy birthday on it and a candle, but that didn’t happen. Oh well!
