Applebee's Grill + Bar

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service at this Applebee’s—specifically from Zach—was so exceptional that I had to! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. He checked in the perfect amount, made great recommendations, and had a fantastic attitude the entire time. The food was okay, but honestly, Zach’s outstanding service is what made this visit a 5-star experience. If you’re coming here, I highly recommend asking for him—you won’t be disappointed! One small suggestion: I wish the checkout kiosk had an option to pay by item. It would make splitting the bill much easier. Hopefully, that’s something they consider adding in the future!

Good experience eating good in the neighborhood with fam… we got 2 of the 2 for 26 and it was pretty good. The only thing is the salad was drenched in dressing and the riblets were drenched in sauce but that’s not bad to some people… also they need to sit people down at a bigger table ngl lol but it’s all good… thanks Applebees. Ps. Your Oreo shake was 🔥

Great service… jasmine was awesome… I felt bad fir asking for something… and then when she brought it to the table… I asked her for something else… I absolutely hate to do that… but she was so nice about it.. no irritation at all!! :)

Our server JASMINE was awesome. She was friendly and knowledgeable . The manager Joe is very nice and it always a pleasure to see him on duty. This location is always running smoothly when Joe and Jasmine is on shift. Thanks for the great customer service l. We will be back.

Short wait. Applebee's has a good menu and the prices can be compared to McDonald's at this point. We had a smart and friendly server, orders came out quickly and prepared well. It's time to remove the carpet.

Everyone here is amazing!!!!! The Manager Johnny is so nice and he treats his staff very well and it reflects on their performance and customer service!! One of my very favorite places to go!!! They have Happy hour , amazing bartenders ,servers, and host ! The bourbon street steak rare is a must!!! ❤️!! It’s really nice to see the mangers doing dishes and helping out the staff when it’s busy!!! They all make a really great team!!! Thank you Applebee’s for making us feel like family!!!! ❤️

This restaurant / sports bar ha a lot of well placed TV's . The food is top quality. My wife had tomato soup and a salad, I had Chicken Alfredo. I need to say the sauce is very good.
