Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse Vacaville

Honestly. First time at this place and I was really impressed. Everything I had was so good and the service was great! I tried so many meats and I would have had more if perhaps I was born with just one more stomach haha Get the top sirloin and then also i would recommend the pineapple.

Customer service was amazing and atmosphere is top tier. Drinks were tasty! The latte is the best I've ever had. (Over Starbucks and all) and the mojito was great! The sides were good, salad bar amazing and dessert was yummy!. But the meat was not what I was expecting considering the amount of money it costs to eat here. Wish there were more options available and more seasoned cuts of meat. Other than that it was good!

A few selections were a little dry, lukewarm and under seasoned. Also, they state 17 cuts of meats to choose but we were offered around 4-5 and sometimes it was the same option being offered. It seemed like more options being offered on our way out. We went at 4:00 so maybe try 6:00 or later instead. And while you are told to flip your little meat request cards over when you wanted a pause, the gauchos kept coming to the table so it was a bit disruptive and confusing. It’s a popular place but I likely won’t return as price and expectations didn’t mesh for me.

It's a real challenge to NOT overeat! Glad this restaurant is in the VV.

Had a great time here celebrating my sons birthday. We wanted good food and were so glad to come across this steakhouse. Service was outstanding! From the minute we entered we were greeted and quickly seated. My glass of water was always full , food was hot and tasty, and my margarita was delicious. The place is very clean and well taken care of (even the bathrooms) will definitely be recommending and coming back here. The cheesy bread and pineapple is sooo good!!

My husband took me to Pampas for my birthday dinner. It was remarkable, everything was delicious, the seasoning on the endless amount of various beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and shrimp was so good, the side bar was perfect with many different options. One of my favorite tableside side bites to enjoy is the cheese that's grilled to a crisp and drizzled with honey! DELICIOUS! The self serve side bar is very clean and well stocked, the servers replace the trays before they became half full. We have dined at Pampas six times so far, and the service has always been excellent, the staff is always friendly, and our meal is always amazing. My complimentary birthday dessert (which they surprised me with) was beautiful and delicious (my husband and I could only eat half of the dessert because the portion is large)! Go to Pampas, you will NOT be disappointed!

Came for a birthday celebration. It's a beautiful, spacious space. We were sat in a booth. Greeted by every wait staff, explained how they do the service. Ribeye was my favorite, chicken wing was my second. Some meats we mushy, not flavorful, more gamey taste. Bar was nice, lots to choose from.
