They have a great variety and very flavorful sides to choose from. The meats are pretty good, but alot of them are pretty rare, so make sure to request some more well done meats to be brought to your table, and they will accommodate that. Victor is alot of fun and makes it a more fun experience. Lots of free parking.

Your eyes will fill your belly before you touch anything. The customer service is exceptional. Family oriented and welcoming. Meat lovers will have a feast of a lifetime. All meats are served sizzling, hot and juicy. You can ask for well, medium or rare. Your choice is their service. Deserts is heaven. The Papaya ice cream is a must. Not to sweet and well balanced. I traveled an hour to come here again so my moms can eat here. I am definitely coming again and again until i cannot. Well done staff. Well done!

Excellent food variety, great atmosphere with good music, superior customer service! This place is a winner! We had a wonderful pre valentines dinner date night. We'll be back!

This place and food was amazing. Victor & Edward are kind and professional. They make you feel welcomed and the food, don’t get me started. I can’t stop thinking about it. And the dessert - oh boy! The location perfecto!!!

Food is amazing, atmosphere is amazing, friendly staff, owners, chef are all top notch. Definitely will be back and recommend to everyone. The crème brûlée was amazing. All the food is amazing.

Fogão Gaúcho is an incredible Brazilian steakhouse! We came in for dinner and were impressed by the outstanding service—attentive staff ensured a wonderful dining experience. The meats were perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and served continuously, making every bite delicious. The salad bar offered a great variety of fresh options. For dessert, we had the flan, which was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend dining here!

Went for a birthday dinner with the family. Seven of us enjoyed the salad bar first which was exceptional and had many amazing selections! Food and service were both exceptional and would highly recommend. The location is smaller than other Brazilian Steakhouses we've gone to and hopefully won't be an issue for the owners as word of mouth spreads around Elk Grove about their recent format change. Sorry, no photos. We were too busy enjoying the food! :-)

went on valentine’s day and they gave me a rose which was really nice!! the food was amazing and the servers were pretty fast at bringing around the meats. the grilled pineapple was fantastic and needed treat. i also got the house wine which was great as well. the servers were incredible, excellent service and one of them complemented my outfit. all in all it was a fantastic experience.
