Everything was cooked right, flavorful, big portions. I had a blueberry lavender drink, it was good but on the weaker side. We had a friendly waitress, the only problem is I think they were short staffed so the food took a long time to come out. We had appetizers and the food was delicious so it was worth the wait.

On 3/4/25, my family and I visited our local Outback Steakhouse, one of my favorite restaurants, for dinner around 6 pm. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. We were seated immediately, which was a good start. After receiving our menus and tableware, we browsed the menu for about ten minutes before our waitress, Vanita T., came over. She apologized for the wait and assured us she'd return shortly to take our order. Around five minutes later, a couple was seated behind us. That's when things began to take a turn. The couple was immediately given bread, and the manager came out to take their drink orders. Meanwhile, we had neither received bread nor had our drink orders taken. The manager walked right past our table without acknowledging us. A few minutes later, the manager returned, delivered drinks to the couple, and took their food orders, while we were still waiting, menus in hand, for assistance. Finally, after about 20 minutes, our waitress returned. She was rushed, seemed irritated, and took our order as if it were an inconvenience. After we ordered, we were given bread and our drinks came shortly after. While waiting for our starters, the manager came out again, helped the couple with their starters, and asked if they were okay. He walked right past us again without a word. A runner eventually brought our starters, and we began eating. It had been a while since we'd seen our waitress, and by this time, my boys' drinks were empty. When she finally reappeared, she went to the couple, refilled their drinks, and then returned to our table with our refills. When the main courses arrived, the manager and a food runner brought out a large tray of food. The manager gave the couple their food first, despite them being seated 15 minutes after us. Then he brought our food, but instead of greeting us, he immediately started asking who had ordered what to make sure the food was correctly distributed. He ensured we were set up and then left. Ten minutes into eating, our waitress finally checked in to ask if everything was okay, but then disappeared again. When it was time to pay and request our dessert to go, she took an unusually long time. Despite the restaurant not being crowded, she was slow and frequently disappeared. Overall, this was by far the worst experience I've had at this location.

The steak I got was so delicious and smothered in butter, which, for me, is awesome. The steak was cooked like I asked, medium, and the mashed potatoes were good too, especially with the butter. Our server, unfortunately I don't remember her name, was super nice, and interacted with my baby brother a lot.

We've had two bad experiences ordering the Alice Spring chicken for takeout. Only 1 out of 3 times has it been moist like when you eat in the restaurant. The takeout chicken looked like it was pre-cooked. It was dry and cold. The vegetables and bread were the only good items. We also received a soggy burger with cold fries. Eating in Outback is a more pleasurable experience. The takeout food is mediocre.

Surprisingly we came here to look for veggie options. And we created this amazing dish. Seasoned rice seasoned veggies. And a baked potato. It was really delicious. The customer service was great. For being a steakhouse I was kind of satisfied with the food.

The service was great but the food was lacking. Two people at our table ordered the Kingsland filet and shrimp Alfredo pasta ($29.99) and the pasta was dry and some of the noodles were hard and when we asked for a little extra sauce we were told it would cost $3.99 more per person! We didn't want extra we wanted it edible. We will not be going back. Such a shame!

The kiwi Strawberry was really good. My steak and shrimp fettuccine was bland but pretty I ordered it medium well. It was well lit with natural light where we sat. It wasn't a good first time impression.

My mom, husband, and I have been coming to this outback location quite frequently in the last year or so. One of our main reason is for the service we get from Lexi, she is always on top of it and always has a bubbly and friendly personality. She’s fun to talk to and always makes sure her guest are taken care of, whether it be at the bar or at a regular table. When we first had her, I believe she was waiting tables in the bar area, but with the way she took care of our table despite being busy, I knew she was worth coming back to see and she took the time to get to know us. Anytime we go in, we make sure to ask if she’s working because of the connection we have made with her on a professional level and on a personal level. Nowadays, it’s hard to find a server who is as attentive and personable as Lexi, I love being able to say I have a regular server at a restaurant and being that I also work in the industry as a server/bartender/manager, I know first hand how hard it is to find someone with Lexi’s personality, she’s definitely a keeper. My family and I will continue to frequent this Outback location because of the service we get and because the food is always amazing.
