Great find for us for pregame!! This place was obviously a favorite for foodies and Arkansas sports fans. We wanted to eat before the game. We arrived before the rush and the food did not disappoint!! The atmosphere is what you would expect for a house turned BBQ restaurant. Even if you are not going to a game, this place is a must visit. You will enjoy!!

Ahhhhhmazing. I’m so full right now that it’s difficult to look down at my phone. I ordered what ended up being a 10 pound mutant baked potato that HAD to have been farmed in Chernobyl. Seriously. I’ve never seen a potato that big. And there was a whole brisket on top of it. The 2 meat plates were pretty awesome too, and the catfish was much better than the local “hole that serves catfish”. We probably wouldn’t have survived dessert so no review on that, but the atmosphere and service were both top notch. I’d roll out 6 stars if I could. Awesome.

Look... I consider myself something of a BBQ aficionado (and someone who seeks-out the best BBQ joints whenever possible; especially when traveling to regions that are famous for it)... and let me tell you, Sassy's Red House is some of the BEST BBQ I have EVER had! My family and I tried it for the first time the other day, and some of the highlights for me? The brisket was MOUTH-WATERING and butter-tender (I couldn't even bring myself to put any sauce on it, it was so delicious!)... the jalapeno sausage was absolutely amazing as well... the pulled pork was tender and excellent... the mac n' cheese and baked beans were super-memorable recipes and just about perfectly prepared... the pork ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and well-seasoned, and again, I could barely bring myself to put any sauce on them. That being said, their in-house sauces were also each very unique and delicious in their own ways (which made me kind of sad, actually, since I could barely bring myself to put them on the meat at all! 😄). My wife also agreed about the brisket (and she's normally more of a pulled pork person) and she really loved her brisket and mac n' cheese sandwich (I can't remember what it was called on the menu), as well as loved the loaded baked potato salad that she got with it. And as if the food wasn't reason enough to visit Sassy's Red House, our server was also very attentive and friendly! If you couldn't tell already, I HIGHLY recommend you give this place a try! It's worth the drive to Fayetteville from Fort Smith (and quite honestly, worth driving even further to try!). 😋

Food and service were good. Our table had two types of BBQ sauce and I wasn't a big fan of either, but the meat had good flavor. The fresh cut fries also had great flavor/seasonings.

Had an excellent meal here. Unfortunately wasn't feeling BBQ at the time so I tried the catfish basket and it was very good. It comes with two sides, toast, and hush puppies. I chose waffle fries and loaded mashed potatoes for the sudes. All of it was fantastic, except I thought the hush puppies were a little overdone.

Great place. Friendly staff. The beef brisket melts in your mouth. All their BBQ is excellent. The side item portions are generous, better than most places. The potato salad is the best I've tasted, short of home. And their smoked wings are top notch. Great outdoor deck when the weather is good. And the food across town at their other location, Sassy's Grille, is just as good.

The food here is absolutely amazing. The staff are always super friendly and quick. I love that there are always 4 different barbecue sauces on the table for anyone's preferred type. The seasonal drinks are also amazing. They are playing sports on the TVs all the time so if sports are your thing and you like barbecue, this is the place to go!

2/3 of my kids chicken strips were burnt! I asked two different servers if the chicken normally looks like this because my kiddos would not eat it, I was blew off and told “Yep!” As she walked away! I tried pulling off all of the extremely hard breading but the burnt flour taste was horrible. 😩 As a Restaurant Manager myself, I wouldn’t have brought that out to the table or when asked I would have it remade. We had to stop and get my kids food after the fact. Thanks Sassy’s!
