The Atmosphere (it being Valentines Night) was Great! The service & wait staff were wonderful, however all that was ruined by the presentation, texture, & taste, as well as the dismissive attitude of the manager 😞 I ordered the steak & coconut shrimp, while my husband ordered the steak & shrimp pasta. Appetizer was great, & the drinks. The entree’s appeared to look Great & tasty when they arrived, however I have NEVER ordered a medium rare steak that came out completely dry with no juice or tenderness whatsoever to it! Even dipping it in the A-1 sauce didn’t help. After the 2nd bite I tried cutting up the entire steak & the entire thing was like that. Only ate the 2 bites. Whole plate was dry under the steak. Only meat edible were the shrimp. My husband didn’t care for his meal either but after seeing how manager treated me he just left 2/3’s of it on his plate. Trust when I say management, & the cooks could use some work. Manager just kept insisting he could throw another steak on the grill and fix right. I told him no the night was dinner was already ruined. He just kept insisting & while husband went to restroom he returned with a small piece of steak on plate, which I put back on edge of table & requested check & small box for rest of blooming onion for hubby. He couldn’t eat his dry meat & pasta either stating no matter how much salt & pepper he put on it it, still tasted bland. The photos show what was on our plates left at table including dry plate, under dry steak. Hubby didn’t want his leftovers either except the blooming onion.

Barry made it feel like fine-dining. Probably the most put together organized outback we have ever been to. Barry helped us navigate through the menu & taught us how to pair food with our wine. She was so charming and hospitable, even the in-laws loved her. We will definitely be back to see her. They need to give Barry her own store or at least a promotion 10/10 highly recommended

Our waiter made the night a wonderful experience.. he was very attentive.. everything from the bread and butter to the main course was delicious..carrot cake for dessert..and a Aussie Rum Punch cocktail was amazing 👌🥩the steaks were cooked perfectly...never felt more stuffed and satisfied 😉👌🥩

Excellent food. Burgers are always my go to. This time I ordered the ribeye 13oz, 4 grilled shrimp, mixed veggies & a sweet potato. Their complementary rye bread is one of my favorites as well.

I like my steak cooked barely above rare, most places are unable to get it right the first try. However, the last time I visited, they actually nailed it! First try! The staff was great, and the atmosphere was good as well. Can't wait to go back!

I want to give a five star just because of Dane. He was a wonderful presence and very helpful. He was there when we needed him and incredibly helpful and friendly. He made us comfortable and knew when to show up at the perfect time. Sadly the food is really only okay at best. For the money you send the code isn’t worth it. The chicken is over cooked and the steak isn’t very flavorful. My fries had a floral flavor also.

This location is a decent spot for dinner. They have a big dining room and indoor and outdoor seating along with a bar. Tuesdays and Wednesdays, they have good meal deals. They have happy hour but last time we went they were completely out of the beer they were promoting on draft. I ordered the margarita sampler and although it was a cool idea to serve it in a boomerang there were no labels to know what you were drinking and it had obviously been sitting at the bar for a while and all 4 samples had a lot of ice and were super watered down. I wouldn't order again. The food, though, is always good here. I especially like their steaks and chopped salad. The blooming onion is a favorite for an appetizer. Service is unpredictable. Sometimes, we have an attentive server and other times we have one that forgets about us and never brings bread or refills. They seem to have a system where the servers now work with a runner/busser who assists them. This was the case last night where our server would put in our requests on a tablet and it would be delivered by a runner. When we never received bread (about 30 minutes after being sat) and finally had the server return to check on us, she blamed the runner. "OH, they never brought it. Sorry they did that", instead of checking on us herself. Just like how we never got silverware or app plates from her too. Not a fan of this system and the servers that slack b/c of it. We are tipping the server but I feel like we only saw her to take our order and deliver our check. Overall, food is good, service is ok but not consistent.

Barry was our server and the bar tender. We were seated at a comfy booth and had the pleasure of being served by Barry. Barry made us feel welcomed and was so personable. Barry was also professional and knew his knowledge of the menu and specials. I worked as a waitress for many years to put myself through college and Barry is by far the best server I’ve ever experienced. He had a packed bar and numerous filled tables and everyone was served impeccably. Outback should treat Barry well and pay him more.
