Uber refused to correct my order so I went to this location directly. The manager Amanda and the staff were amazing. They made my order over so I decided to dine in. the food was meh. nothing stood out as a great food item. drinks were fine. the food could have been more flavorful for sure. service was great! BUT the reason for the worst and only review I have ever taken the time to leave the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. it smells like straight sewer in there. you can smell it before you even get to the bathroom door. I gagged the first time I went in and ran out and was trying to hold it. I eventually couldn’t and had to brave the storm again and literally had to hold my breath the entire time to keep from gagging at how bad the smell was. absolutely disgusting. it was not normal bathroom smells it smelled like something sewage related. server was amazing though 10/10

The best meal we have had from here ever! Was a pick up order, and we do this atleast once a month, and it's been good but tonight was superb.. Roy the general manager is awesome!!! Had to call them after eating and tell them it was amazing!!! See ya next time gor sure!!

After I ate off my steak that was not cooked right they went and put it back on the grill after I ate off of it. to cook it longer so who knows how many mouths have been on that grill now! Will not be coming back. I even asked the manager questions and told him and he didn’t care. Matter of fact he said yay yay that’s fine

Have eaten here with family and friends many times. The service has always been good and the food done right and prepared as ordered. The prices are very reasonable and seldom experience more than a five minute wait. Usually hit it around 4-5pm for an early dinner. I'll keep going back.

Absolutely terrible. Truly one of the worst steaks I’ve had in my entire life. The steak was gray and greasy with about 90% fat on it. I felt like I was eating at a diner. It had the texture and appearance of roadkill. It wasn’t just the steak. The entire meal was incredibly obvious that everything was frozen meat and all the sides were microwaved. How this place has so many highly rated reviews is a little strange. But I can assure you this from someone who understands the difference between a bad cut of meat and a decent one…if you are coming here for steak, then you’ve made the absolute wrong decision. Take my word on it. But just when you think I’m done and the food was the only bad thing…the waitress was terrible, too. We will NEVER be back. Under NO exceptions. What a ridiculous excuse for a restaurant. (And this wasn’t just an “off” night. This meat is frozen and the sides are microwaved. Nothing will change that.)

The restrooms are nasty, the restaurant isn’t very clean, the tables need refinished, and all of the dinnerware (plates, cups, and silverware) are so wore out they don’t look clean. The service was great though, it’s just ashamed to see the way that the restaurant is being maintained. I guess that was why Longhorns parking lot was full while Logan’s was empty. I hope to see updates and will be back if there are but until then we will dine somewhere else.

Last night, we ordered boneless wings with teriyaki sauce, fried wings with buffalo sauce, potato skins, a side of rice, the mushroom swiss burger with fries, and a dozen rolls. The boneless wings were small crunchy nuggets. The fried wings were so overcooked that it was hard to get any meat off them, and what you could was dry. The burger was ok, but the fries were soggy. Everything was cold. The rolls are always good, but they were much smaller than normal. We haven't dined inside the restaurant in a very long time because I hate the chairs. If I had been served this food dining in, I would have sent it back. Unfortunately, you can't do that with takeout, so I am left with the feeling that if someone makes a mistake in the kitchen they hang on to that food and send it out if it is ordered for takeout. It is extremely disappointing that the prices have gone up, yet the food quality has gone down.
