Kobe Hibachi Grill & Sushi

Last night was a complete miss for dinner. We had a group of 10. Food was so very bland. Chef didn’t give anyone any sauce. We had to ask for it and waiter brought it after food almost eaten. Chef at the table next to us was very different (in a good way). Prob just an off night but would not recommend based on tonight. Our waiter was great and noodles were great. Filet, shrimp, and fried rice was not. (The fire pic was from the table beside us.)

Upon entering the establishment, I was promptly seated without any waiting time. My server, Mia, greeted us with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service. She promptly addressed our inquiries regarding the menu items we had selected. The food arrived promptly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.

Ordered a Salmon volcano roll but it looked nothing like the menu. Salmon was very dried out because it was baked. It wasn't busy but it took forever to get my food to go! Not recommended for the money! This is what I ordered but it looks completely different served!

The waiter was great. The drinks he made was ok. But the food was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! This is the worst hibachi grill I have ever had . That’s saying a lot being that I’m a 20 year Army veteran who’s been around the world 5 times. Just be a bar and serve pizza ! The audacity.

We had a party of 16 with reservations . We were assigned 1 waiter for all 16 people took forever to get a simple drink. We all ordered appetizers which never got placed he blamed it on the printer in the kitchen . One chef was good the other never even spoke to the other side of our group. My daughter ordered off the menu from the kitchen all our food was cooked and hers still wasn't brought out so our chef went and got it for her .Overall super disappointed for what you pay and what we got .

One time my mom asked for “well done” steak and he told her “there’s a McDonald’s over there” and points*. He is very rude and I know he gets a lot of complains, I’m not sure how he still has a job. He also gave my mom only 4 pieces of shrimp when others had like 7-9. Very disgusting behavior. First review I’ve ever done to any restaurant.

Kobe was absolutely wonderful! I had a hot app. Jalapeño bombs, some miso soup, and a Redbull roll. Everything was fantastic! Definitely going down as one of my favorite Japanese restaurants ever! Thank you for a fantastic experience!

This is a great place to eat in Fayetteville! The firecracker roll is always a good appetizer and the crab rangoon is perfect. The avocado chicken salad is also really good. The servers here always do a fantastic job. Want to give a shoutout to Ryan who was our server today. He is one of the best servers we have ever had at a restaurant. Extremely polite and professional. Overall good food and atmosphere. Will definitely keep coming back here in the future!
