A very hot spot for dining. The decor was quirky and terrific: several rooms filled with wolves and birds, including paintings and lots of taxidermy. Dark lighting, ample candles, a view of the kitchen through glass, and pulsing music that was just a little too loud. It is visually mesmerizing. The food was overall wonderful. Fresh bread with pimento cheese, delicious salads (we had the Caesar and one with strawberries, melon and ricotta). The tomahawk pork was large and fantastic, with incredible breading and seasoning. The spaghetti pesto: wow, so flavorful. These were both super delicious, even reheated the next day. We ordered way too much food, including German potato cheese dumplings, crispy Brussels sprouts, and a chocolate ganache-y mousse-y dessert. All of these we would have again. All in all, a terrific meal.

The Wolf and Wren is so fun! The atmosphere is great, and the food is phenomenal! I make it a point to visit every time I’m in Phoenix. The German potato dumplings and the duck a’larounge are especially memorable, and we always order the bone marrow spread to start, which is both really tasty and a novelty. On our most recent trip, Raymond was our server. He was such a delight, that we asked for his name to include in our review! He really made our visit special, and we definitely recommend sitting in his section if you have the opportunity.

Food was delicious! Bone marrow was amazing and the lobster was also so delicious! Definitely expensive but worth the cost. Drinks were amazing as well. I had an espresso martini and the “i love you, but i love me more.”

One of the best places for steak in the heart of Phoenix - Downtown! They offer the ambiance of vintage, retro, and luxury. It’s a great place for a date, girls’ night, or even for family dinner. The food is phenomenal, super delicious and savory. The service is amazing, they servers changed out plates and utensils for every single course. With this affordable price compared to other restaurants, all you get is a great deal! I hope many people will know about this place and make it more popular. Highly recommend 🫶🏻 Please check out my pictures for more details.

Gorgeous restaurant with great service and delicious food and drinks. The atmosphere inside is so visually appealing and I’ve had great service both times. I’ve gone for dinner and brunch and I highly recommend a caviar bump, the Bone Marrow and the Duck Breast for dinner. For brunch I couldn’t decide, it all looked great but I got the Croissant Benedict with salmon and the Chicken and Donuts to take home. We shared the tea service cocktails too.

The server made what could have been a 5-star experience a memorable one in a bad way. He didn't want to allow our party to place our food order after asking IF we were ready to order. He insisted that we wait on our 4th person..although told she was parking. After the person arrived, he insisted upon taking drink orders although we'd just left from an hour in the speakeasy that is attached. When asked, "can we order our food" he displayed a very negative demeanor towards me. For the remainder of the visit, he did not engage with me. Each time he visited the table, he checked on my fellow dining companions and acted as IF my seat were empty. He didn't inquire about my meal, didn't ask whether anything extra was needed, and never refilled my water after stating he'd bring more water. He was a horrible server!! He acted in a very disappointing manner and showed no regard for our schedule and/or the meals that we might have wanted to place. I did put a complaint in prior to leaving and the hospitality manager, Victor, was apologetic and responsive. He provided a gift card to give the restaurant another try next time I'm in the area.

Nicely curated restaurant with terrific service. The cocktails are well-made and delicious. The oysters are perfectly prepared and very fresh. The steaks are cooked to order and the duck breast was cooked perfectly as well. Start with the caviar bump! The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I would like to start off by saying we had the best waiter ever. I unfortunately cannot remember his name but he was nothing but nice, helpful, and funny that made the atmosphere so much better. We came all the way from Connecticut and this was truly the best dinner we’ve had this whole trip. The drinks were perfect. The food was juicy and filled with flavor. If you’re looking for a nice dinner to spend with a significant other, this is perfect for you.
