Le Âme is a classy steakhouse with excellent service and ambiance. The standout dishes include the baked brie baguette and loaded potato, while the steaks are considered decent but not exceptional compared to upscale competitors. Guests frequently mention the restaurant as a great choice for special occasions, receiving complimentary champagne and desserts for anniversaries. Service is often highlighted as attentive and kind, although some reviewers experienced issues with reservations and table management. A really classy Steakhouse. Service was top notch, ambiance was great and I'd say that the stand out food items were actually not the steaks. The baked brie baguette was amazing and went really well with the double smoked bacon. The loaded potato was definitely amongst the best potatoes in any form we've ever had. The steaks themselves were alright, but given the array of upscale steakhouses we've visited it would be hard to compete in that regard. Overall, our expectations were fair and we definitely felt like they were exceeded. We'd definitely recommend this place and definitely try not just the steaks.

Went there for our two year anniversary and they did not disappoint! The server and manager congratulated us and gave us a free champaign and an anniversary dessert. I had the New York strip steak and wife had the ricotta ravioli with the hone pomegranate sweet potato and the baked mac n cheese. The atmosphere was amazing and definitely made us feel like we were back in France! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience! Our server, Chris, was incredibly kind and helpful. The drink menu was impressive, and I highly recommend trying the Brie in a baguette. The fresh ravioli was also a highlight. Definitely a place worth returning to.

Came here for our anniversary dinner and our expectations were more than met!! The staff was so lovely, very attentive, the food was incredible. They started us off with complimentary champagne and ended with a complimentary dessert. We were sat more towards the lobby so we didn’t feel as immersed in the restaurant as we would’ve liked but it was still perfection!! So happy we decided to splurge- definitely recommend for your special occasions!!

We made a reservation for Sunday brunch. We arrived 7 minutes before our designated time. The hostesses looked frazzled and confused as if they’d never heard of a reservation. They told me they oversat guests and didn’t have a table for my party of 3. They spoke with the manager and kept me waiting nearly 20 minutes past my reservation time. All while there was a table right up front completely open. Finally a table opened and they brought me back but then said “its not ready yet” and brought me back up to the front. Meanwhile, table in the front still open. I finally spoke up and said we will sit at this open table in the front. They sat our party there. Waited nearly 10 minutes for a server to bring water. We ordered drinks and our food. I ordered the brioche breakfast sandwich and it came with potatoes. The sandwich was great - but the potatoes were burnt and dry and flavorless. The drinks were delicious but tiiiny. I expected my cocktail to come in a normal glass but it came in a champagne glass. So you’re paying double the cost of alcohol compared to even a nice cocktail lounge. For the price - so disappointing. I don’t believe i’ll be back. It seems like they’re trying to recoup the cost of building this place. The resort was nice but not for the cost compared to Biltmore, Phoenician, or Princess. Just overall, meh.

We had the most amazing time here last night. The restaurant is tucked away inside the Global Ambassador Hotel. The service Pedro provided was stellar. From the moment we arrived everyone was friendly and courteous. We were called by name several times. We both ordered the filet which was cooked to perfection. We also ordered asparagus and lobster mac. Both delicious as well. I highly recommend the expresso martini. This is a great place to celebrate a birthday/anniversary. Service was fast and the birthday treat was delicious. Only complaint is that it was a little loud so if I returned I would visit on the later side. Either way, make reservations and go! We will definitely be back!

this place is such a luxury spot, i came here because it was just a little coffee shop but it has such beautiful architecture and a paris type feel! they have a very spacious seating selection available for people who wanna meet or work from home. the drinks and pastries are so AFFORDABLE for the quality you received. i got the vanilla spiced latte for $7 iced. it was so creamy and strong at the same time. such a perfect beautiful spot. ♥️

Fantastic experience! Juliette was our server - she did a fantastic job; made us feel like royalty for our anniversary. She is the reason this is a 5 star review. The food was good… not as good as I’d expect from this class of restaurant. The macaroni and cheese gratin was too thick and lacked flavor, the braised short rib was too fatty, and the caesar salad wasn’t dressed enough. What was great, however, was the French onion soup - best I’ve ever had. Would go back for the atmosphere and to try some other dishes.
