The Peppermill: Steakhouse and Cocktail

I have been here probably 3 times already. I feel like I can always enjoy the food here. This local, super hole in the wall restaurant is amazing. The chef here is great. I think it's the best to come here for happy hour. Great food and I love the lobster Mac and cheese. Love the pork belly appetizer too. Does feel like it always looks different. Like the same name but different ingredients but still taste so good. Will definitely come back again.

My husband and I went here for the first time and it was an all-round amazing experience experience!! We got there about an hour before they closed but they never made us feel rushed or anything. Our server Mike was informative and friendly, he saw to our every need. The food was imaginative and delicious! So good that webseriously wanted to come back the next day to try something else! This is relatively new restaurant that started not long before the pandemic and I hope they make through these trying times. All the staff wore masks and they tables were separated a good distance from each other. Eat here and you won't regret it, support local businesses! Live dangerously and order the Chef's Whim! Update! Still good, make sure to dine here. It's delicious!!

Wow! Just wow! The food was exquisite to say the least, service was very warm and inviting. It was my friends birthday and the amazing waitress and owner, Becky overheard and brought him the best raspberry red velvet cake! I will come there again, 5 stars across the board!!!

What can I say, this place is cozy, but charming! The food is great, the staff is attentive, you get a good value for money. Next level steak house fare for corporate steak house prices! The desserts are delightful! My wife is telling everyone she knows about this place!!!!!

What a gem! I was in the Tempe area for some spring training baseball games and searched for a steak house near my hotel - we were lucky to find this fine dining, mom n pop restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious, with generous portions. I just wish I took some pictures before I dug in. Highly recommend! (Try the whipped goat cheese!)

Hidden gem! The drinks were amazing And so was the food. My husband and I sat at the bar and chatted with the bartender who is very dynamic and made excellent drinks. We ordered the salmon salad and the ribeye entrée to split. Both the salad and the ribeye were fabulous. They let us substitute the potatoes for more vegetables on the ribeye. Both portions were huge. We have leftovers and we split a salad and an entrée! The owner stopped by and thanked us for being there and talked to us as well. Hubby and I arrived without reservations and sat at the bar and met such a nice young couple. We enjoyed our lemon drop and sweet apple bourbon. We split the double pork chop, zucchini and beignets. The meal was so delicious coupled with the friendly atmosphere as we watched the ASU football win!!! Peppermill is consistently excellent.
