Texas Roadhouse

Sat at the bar, the bartenders seemed to pay attention to other guests at the bar, lacking attention to us and a few others. Had my credit card out to pay the bill but they kept ignoring it. Service lacked. Maybe if they weren't paying attention to the couple at the bar with their toddler, they would have noticed other customers needed attention. The food was decent, overload on the cheese in the chili but still not bad. By the way, I thought it was against Arizona liquor laws for a child to actually be seated at the bar, hummm

I haven't been here in a while, but the service was too notch. I forgot her name, but she worked on 9/14 at 9pm and she was great. The food was ok, I got the crispy chicken salad and salmon dinner. The salad was pretty good. The chicken just needed to be cut all the way through. That is so funny. There were pieces hanging to each other adjust down played the presentation of the dish. The salmon was also pretty good, but on the salty side.

Great service and delicious tender steaks. I got the Sirloin steak with a grilled jalapeno and onions. I added a loaded baked potato for my side. I highly recommend the grilled toppings for your choice of meat. Fun energy for birthday celebrations.

This is the WORST Texas Roadhouse in Arizona! We ordered our food on our lunch hour, and we received a text that the food was ready. It was not ready! However, it was stale. The cheese was hard, almost inedible. They had us wait an extended amount of time with no apology! And, a guest came in who waited less than a minute, and they immediately apologized to him (Caucasian male), but we (minority women) never received an apology for having to wait more than 5 minutes, food not ready but staled and poor customer service. I do not believe it is a race thing, but I can certainly see why others would. I will never ever return to this location!

Always love Texas Roadhouse! It’s always a nice treat to come here, I don’t come very often. Ordered a to go meal. A few things were forgotten like my dessert and some side dressings, but thankfully checked before leaving and the staff was very nice in getting it to me. Everything was delicious, only negative was the ribs. They were very dry, had to drench in sauce when I got home. I should’ve checked, but didn’t come with sauce unfortunately. But overall good experience.

I really like the feature that allows you to get in line via a text. The food was delicious as always. Our service was provided by a gal that was fun and seemed to truly enjoy her job. The atmosphere was relaxing.

We had a waiter that was in training and he was fantastic! Can't remember his name, but, hats off to whoever trained him you did an excellent job. Food was awesome, cooked just how we asked for it and had just what we wanted on top. Great job Texas Roadhouse we will be back!!

This was the worst Texas Roadhouse I have ever been to.We have always been BIG fans of Texas Roadhouse, because of the delicious and consistency of their food. At this location, The food took forever( over 40 minutes) and the food was less than mediocre. The party of 6 behind us was served before us when they came a good 15 minutes after us. Put steak was ordered medium rare and came out well well done. The manager tall white man in a red shirt stopped by and brushed us off because he was busy with several large parties. The silver lining was Ivey our server. She was a sweetheart and tried to make the most of it as possible. She apologized several times for something that was not her fault. Ivey was a wonderful server. I do not recommend this Texas Roadhouse location. They looked too busy and could not keep up. When this happens under poor management, everything goes down hill. The food was terrible and this was the first time experiencing this at a Texas Roadhouse.
