Ruth's Chris Steak House

The steak was delicious, I was here for the Tomahawk, especially with that buttery sauce they use on it. It was cooked to my specifications and that 500 degree plate that comes with it, it was awesome to hear it sizzle. And who knew that lobster Mac and Cheese was the best side dish for a steak? Definitely a go-to. Our server, Leo, was everywhere making sure we were taken care of, I swear there was 3 of them. Amazing service. Beautiful restaurant on the second floor, nice views. Great experience overall.

Did a girls night here for dinner and the staff was very accommodating to our situation. We had a lot more girls than expected but they were able to reset the table to accommodate all 11. The food was amazing! Bread&Butter 10/10. Salad & Ranch 10/10. Steak & Mashed Potatoes 10/10. Margaritas 5/10..Crab cakes 5/10. I personally like the service but a few of the girls did hear a lot of under the breath talk from the waiters.

Emiliano ! Wow thank you for an amazing experience at Ruth Chris . You have made our birthdays so special , we now will be there annually to celebrate our special occasions . Your service was excellent from your warm greetings, wishing us both happy birthday to carefully explaining the history of the restaurant and what makes Ruth Chris so unique. The food was melt in your mouth , fresh and so appetizing , when I eat my entire plate including desert you know it’s delicious as I am a very picky eater. I told my husband the plates when they come to your table or nearby table smell like heaven . I joked and said I should have brought a jar to capture that aroma . We started with stuffed mushrooms with crab so good and fresh . My husband had the Ruth classic with shrimp , mashed garlic potatoes and house salad . I had the lobster tail along with the asparagus. Now if you know the sides are family size well I ate all but 3 asparagus (hubby had the lonely 3). As for desert because of our celebrations we each got a personal cheesecake with berries and since hubbys meal came with desert he was able to upgrade to any desert on the menu . I’ll say my cheesecake was just like the NY style I am used to . He chose the apple crumble which was huge and so delicious . As I said before the food was delicious but overall our service really made the night . Emiliano was attentive , friendly and had great conversations. We felt very special and was a night to remember.

Chris the “trainer” took our reservation earlier in the day, we asked for a specific table we like to sit. The camelback room we had requested happen to be closed during the week so we were seated else where. When we arrived he sought us out to see if our table was to our liking and said if we needed anything to let him know. He had paid attention to our previously added notes from past visits and mentioned that the precious requested server had recently moved. We chatted with him a bit and found him charming and fun. We love visiting the Ruth Chris in Scottsdale and enjoy their staff immensely. Edwardo was our server, he was very attentive and checked on us to ensure everything was to our liking. Efren was the bartender, the after dinner Espresso Martinis are highly recommended and delicious!!

Lastly, the Caesar salad looked like it had been in the fridge too long, the salad dressing tasted like to was out of a bottle and they just shaved some cheese on top. NOT a first class restaurant like we expected, more like a Keg dinner at twice the price!
