Great place. Our server was amazing. The food was good. Most of it has spice (which i cant do) but we did the platter and there was a variety of food on it and enough for us to have some for home. The platter could serve 3. The lemon cotton candy at the end, to my surprise, was super good. The live music is nice, the slide is fun and the bull is adorable. But i hope he has a bigger place to roam too.

This place gets a perfect score for atmosphere. I bring all of my out of town visitors here. A Beautiful rustic western restaurant up on top of a hill, with a beautiful view, day or night. Especially at night. Live music. A magician that roams from table to table. Cotton candy with your check. What else could you ask for? Well I'm glad I asked. You could ask for better prices, longer 'open' hours, and better quality food. Let's start with the prices: Way too high. Period. Hours: open from 4:30 - 9:00. Food quality: I hate to say it, because I love this place so much, but it's true. Even my family who visit annually from Canada have said, "Nah.. the place is cool, but since we've already seen it more than a few times, we'd rather go somewhere where the food is better. Especially for that price." But hey, did I mention, awesome view, great western decore, live music, a slide (for the kids AND adults) and a Picture Board. I always make my friends and family pose with the Picture Board. A HUGE outdoor patio to walk around and take photos (unless it's reserved for a private party. Which is often the case) Oh yeah... the 9 layer chocolate cake is worth having.

My hubby used to work here 30 years ago, so when we were in town we had to stop by. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and experience. Wow you get so much food for the price, I have leftovers for 2 meals. Entrees came with fry bread, biscuits, 2 types of butter, salad, corn, carrots, and beans! We had fun going down the slide even though we are adults and got some looks from the kids 😆. The chocolate cake was HUGE and could serve a table of 10. Beautiful view, great service, and we would definitely come back!

The drinks were great, everyone at the table said their food was great. The brisket and rattlesnake seemed a little dry but the house-made sauces were delicious. The service is where this place really shines for me though. The wait staff had GREAT energy and was clearly knowledgeable about the menu. I'd come back for sure if I come back to the Phoenix area.

A unique place to dine! We had a large party, but our server, Melissa, handled it like a champ. The live band was fun and the ambience was so interesting. The country vibe was exceptional, and there was something new to look at no matter where you turned. Portions are large, so bring an appetite. The rattlesnake on the menu gave us a fun new thing to try! I would definitely return for more visits.

This is a great restaurant in a great location. We got here right after they opened and they were already extremely busy. But we didn't have to wait long. The menu has some really good options. For the appetizer I got fried rattlesnake and prickly pear cactus fries which were great. The rattlesnake with fried perfectly and was very crispy and flavorful. The prickly paraphrase were thin, and perfectly crispy. And for the main dinner, I got the cowboy platter which was huge. The brisket, the ribs, the sausage and the chicken were all cooked perfectly and very flavorful. Overall if you're looking for a great restaurant with great food, great atmosphere and great views, this is the best place to go.

Outstanding service!!! The gentleman who served us truly enjoys his job!! There were two entertainers visiting the tables, who were quite good at their jobs. The food was really good! We enjoyed the entire visit. And the views are amazing!!

Rustler's Rooste: A Steakhouse with a View (and a Kick!) Let me tell you, folks, if you're looking for an authentic Western dining experience with mouthwatering food and top-notch service, Rustler's Rooste is the place to be. From the moment you step inside, you're transported to a rustic, charming world where the aroma of sizzling steaks fills the air and the staff treats you like family. My recent visit was nothing short of spectacular. I opted for the sirloin steak, cooked to a perfect medium-rare, and it was absolutely divine. Tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, it practically melted in my mouth. The accompanying asparagus was fresh, crisp, and perfectly complemented the richness of the steak. Honestly, it was one of the best steak dinners I've had in a long time. But the food wasn't the only highlight. Our waitress, Melissa, was an absolute gem. Her warm smile and genuine enthusiasm made us feel right at home. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always ready with a helpful suggestion. Melissa's exceptional service truly elevated our dining experience. She's a real asset to the Rustler's Rooste team! Beyond the food and service, the atmosphere at Rustler's Rooste is simply unbeatable. The rustic décor, complete with wagon wheels and cowboy memorabilia, creates a fun and inviting ambiance. And let's not forget the breathtaking views! Watching the sunset over the surrounding landscape while enjoying a delicious meal is an unforgettable experience. Rustler's Rooste isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience. It's a place where you can enjoy delicious food, impeccable service, and a truly unique atmosphere. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend adding Rustler's Rooste to your must-try list. You won't be disappointed! Five stars!
