Miranda was amazing and provided great customer service. She is energetic and kind. We ordered streaks with shrimp and ribs, absolutely delicious. Everything we ate was delicious.

this is definitely not the place to have a good dinner, with family. Please took out our family to meet up with some new family to have a great dinner and conversation. for a little over 300, we did not have a great experience. we went on a Monday night, so it wasn't a busy evening. The food was not great, the inconsistencies and problems were not addresses. And I was given the wrong steak, and cooked incorrectly. then it was brought back to me still incorrectly done. I was paying for a nice evening out and couldn't even enjoy it. the My out back gift cards were not excepted. And one was returned empty, and I doubled checked them that day. No one came to check or apologize or anything. then the one dessert took over a half an hour. I have never been treated so poorly. it was not the place to take my family to have a nice dinner. I was embarrassed and dissatisfied. If you want a nice dinner skip this place.

My mashed potatoes were old and not even hot - my steak was medium not medium rare. My husband's prime rib sandwich was tough and the side concoction that came with was inedible. The service, at best, was below average and there wasn't a Manager to be seen. Who's running this place -> people who don't care about quality or the overall dining experience. There are dozens, if not hundreds of places, to chose for a great meal ... Outback is NOT one of them.☹️

The prime rib never disappoints. We came here with a large graduation party and a couple times after and we were lucky enough to have Annette as our server. Each time she’s been attentive and a refreshing personality no matter how slammed her section is. Love the food, atmosphere and service!

Edited 1/15/25 Owner contacted me and I'm satisfied with the outcome, changing to 3 stars for neutral, the experience overall doesn't warrant 5 stars, though. Original review: Had dinner tonight at 5605 W Bell Road. Ordered the $48 9 ounce filet and lobster. Filets are round and thick cut, especially the 9 ounce. Was brought what looked like a steak in the shape of a deck of cards that wasn't even an inch thick. I've never seen filet in a square shape and asked both the person who brought my plate and my waitress, both lied to me and said that it was a filet. For reasons I cannot fathom I did not send it back and just ate it. Ordered medium, whatever that steak was half was medium well and half was well done. Anyway, been stewing over it for hours and am very upset, upon research I see that this is something that's happened to others. Feel completely ripped off. Of course, I paid with cash and was not given a receipt so I have no evidence other than my word. Service was good but all one stars because our waitress lied about the steak, so points off for that and points off for giving me a cheaper cut. I've been all over Google to verify that I'm not crazy and that I know what a filet mignon looks like, it's a ROUND muscle, not a flat square deck of cards shape.
