Ocean Prime

My wife called ahead and the host up front would NOT take a reservation for one. Period. I arrived at Ocean Prime and the hostess up front were not pleased I was just one. They pointed me to the bar to sit and did not even care about me being there. I almost walked out. Anyway, I found a place at the bar and ordered a wonderful 5 course meal and the ladies behind the bar were amazing. The food was perfect and the service was top notch. Management needs to change how they feel about a table of one. Next time I will make a reservation for two and just say my other guest cancelled. The hostess here need more training on service for sure.

Great restaurant in a fun location. Atmosphere was really nice. Very elegant and clean. Service was great. Food was really good as well. Tons of options on the menu to choose from. Almost too many. Hard to decide on what to order.

I made it out to Phoenix for our annual guys trip. We wanted a fine dining experience before returning home. Ocean Prime was clearly the right choice. From our greeting at the door through closing out our tab and Eric boxing up our food. Troy was awesome. He delivered amazing customer service throughout the evening. He kept the table smiling, and I think we gave him a few laughs as well. Keep up the amazing job. I look forward to returning next year.

Great ambiance and even better food and service. It was sisters night out during hectic Thanksgiving week and this spot was a perfect getaway. Melissa was our server and she made the experience top tier. Thank you!

We recently celebrated our anniversary here and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The table was lovely and they had placed rose petals on it. The service was impeccable, Troy could not have been any more attentive and it made for an absolutely perfect night. The food is incredible, I had wonderful Chilean Sea Bass and hubby had a steak, both perfect. We will definitely be coming back as it was such a lovely experience!

I love this place. It is quiet. Not noisy with loud music & a huge crowd of people. The food is top notch & the service is amazing. The waiter remembered us from 6 months prior. I will be back & can't wait.

Fantastic restaurant and GREAT gluten free options. The staff was beyond accommodating. From the moment we checked in, everyone took that extra step to say happy birthday. The drinks were hand crafted and perfect. The food was beyond expectations. Would definitely recommend for a date night or formal night out with friends.

The 14 oz boneless ribeye is the best steak I've ever had. Hands down. It has a perfect crust and a buttery pink interior that melts in your mouth. No accessories are needed for their steak in my opinion, but there are quite a few options available if you desire. They tend to cook on the rarer side, so adjust your order as you see fit. The Surf n’ Turf appetizer was good, with the scallops as the standout piece, but the dish as a whole was slightly under-seasoned and pricey. My friend enjoyed the halibut and gnocchi special, especially the gnocchi. The whipped potato side was fantastic— simple, yet well-executed. My friend also loved the peanut butter pie, which is a huge portion size. He was disappointed with chocolate sauce being on the plate though instead of hot fudge, and I agree. We need more hot fudge as a society. I opted for the rich, three-layer flourless chocolate torte, which was great, but perhaps a bit too rich. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, which is always appreciated. I'll definitely be returning for more steak or to try the scallop main dish.
